No, the three of them were given a normal warning for that incident.

Much as you Jason haters wanted him to be involved and get a 3rd warning, he wasn't.

Stupid antics like stealing very expensive camera equipment and attempting to destroy it in a fit of pique are the sole domain of the children in the house.

Much as you may hate Jason, at least give him credit for not stooping to such a level.

So is singling out the wrong housemate and burning his hat Childish or not then?

Big Brother screwed up, and now they are trying to take control again. If I was in there now, I'd set the whole house on fire, and climb out over the wall. Biggest load of crap on TV ever = BB reaction. "Oh no, our expensive camera" Grow up BB, don't dish stuff out and expect nothing in return.

I think the state of Formal Warnings is this:

Ahmed: 1 (influencing nominations)
Becki: None!
Dan: 1 (removing camera from DR)
Emma: 1 (Day 20)
Jason: 2 (Day 20, Discussing nominations)
Kitten: 3
Marco: 1 (Day 20)
Michelle: 2 (Day 20, setting fire to camera)
Nadia: 2 (Day 20, removing camera from DR)
Shell: 1 (removing camera from DR)
Stuart: 1 (setting fire to camera)
Vanessa: 1 (Day 20)
Victor: 2 (Day 20, discussing nominations)

I thought he clearly got one for his crappy nominations. What about the one he got for trying to break into the fridge?

Stuart is now on two. He received a formal warning for his crap nominations on Monday.

Public Warnings, Formal Warnings, Normal Warnings - doesn't it tell you something? They matter not - if anyone BB don't want to throw out gets near to three they just get another type of warning. It is just there for our entertainment value and shows they can decide to kick or not kick whoever they want out anytime they want.

The hat did not belong to Stuart, it was Endemols property to burn if they so wished.

The camera does not belong to the hms they had no right to move it let alone try to set fire to it.

I think to Michelle it was the ultimate act of camera mugging!

Thats a cop-out. The point is, they burnt something first, it was inevitable that the HMs would retaliate.

Dan, Stu, Nadia and Shell got Formal Warnings.

Michelle did too but was told it was her first and final warning. If she breaks another rule she will be evicted.

All these warnings that's been dished out mean nothing, they've lost their effectiveness as we've seen tonight. They were all expecting to get them & BB didn't disappoint & you only need to see their reactions to see how much they didn't care.

If the rules were 3 warnings & you're out (No official, unofficial, no formal etc), as it should be, then everyone would know where they stood. Having different levels of warnings just confuses things for us & the H/M's.

Try to get it through your head that it wasn't his hat at all!

What on earth does that mean? 1st and final? Is this yet another type of warning. BB definitely have lost control. Put the whole house up next week and let the public decide.

Don't talk to me like I'm a child, it's disrepectful. I'm not here to kick something off & yes I know it's not his hat - but he did have a (rather bizarre) attachment to it.

BB wasn't evil this time, just childish. Evil is evicting one person an hour til they talk. Childish is burning something & complaining when someone tries the same thing to them.

haha...Nadia has just suggested this (because they went into the Diary Room and waved the white flag saying they wanted to end the protest, and BB ignored them, which is why they took more extreme action).

A bit harsh don't you think after all that Jason and Victor have got away with??

Yes they burnt their own property, no doubt under controlled conditions.

The hms were trying to burn other people's property.
That's arson or criminal damage, as well as against h&s.
