No. She took it in the garden. the camera is on a pole, so she got stu to get a handful of straw to put around the botom of it. because of the height of the pole, the idea was to set fire to the straw, in such a way that the camera would not be damaged.

Michelle did NOT try to set fire to the camera. She said it was "symbollic" There was a small bit of straw around the base of the camera stand which she tried to light. The camera itself was never at risk.

God, why are you taking this so seriously? All I'm trying to really point out is the hypocrosy (sp?) of the whole thing.

Of course it was under controlled conditions, and I'm not defending what the HMs did! All I'm saying is No-One should have burned anything!

So Michelle has a sort of triple-strength warning that counts for 3 of the normal sort?

Ok, I might be wrong here - but didn't Emma pick up a knife during the whole Day 20 thing?

Could someone please fill me in, I'd say I'm probably ignorant of the truth, but I heard she picked up a knife and it was never shown. If she did, her being booted was more than fair. If it was the other way around, Victor should be out.. If niether did, dis-regard this whole thing.

Anywho - If Emma had stayed in, she would have kicked it off again, she wouldn't have been able to let it lie. Even if Victor had been out, she wouldve fought with Jay or someone.

Victor and Jay have shown that they were more mature in the end, they've put it behind them - plus, scheming is more entertaing than food fights! Emma couldn't scheme to save her life, Victor is the master. The guy you love to hate!

No one raised a knife. The NotW and The Sun tried to say that Victor did, but in truth he just happened to be holding a butter knife at the strt of the argument and soon put it down.

No one knows exactly how or when Emma was removed. Nor do they know the exact reasoning behind deciding to evict her. Just lots of speculation.

Thank you for clearing that up. My ignorance is now on display to everyone!

Ummm, for the umpteenth time (to various people). Michelle didn't even get the matches out of the bag. Her actions were symbolic - she burnt NOTHING..

Only BB burnt anything.

*sigh* Or because there is still an ongoing police investigation (however spurious) and they are not allowed to.

BB has never played fair that's the point. It's do as I say not as I do, mentality.

I do not understand why you are qouting me here. I both know she burnt nothing AND think BB was wrong for burning anything. You are quoting me and arguing my own point of view!

True, BB is unfair but in the intrests of fairness in the competion (which the whole show is) They should not have singled out one person or given warnings over this. A truce and a warning that future camera tamperings will not be tolerated whatsoever would have sufficed..

BB screwed up, what started off as a silent protest has turned into an over reaction by BB inspired by their own actions.

But that doesn't make good TV.

The burning hat made great TV for BBLB.

The housemates then going too far and getting formal warnings not only ends the protest, but also makes a great ending for this partucular story thread for the evening show. Plus it will make lots of headlines tomorrow.

i.e. BB win all the way to the bank. They are not stupid you know.
