downgrading tariff on o2
i am on a £35 iphone tariff (15 months in a 24 month contract) and i called today to change to a blackberry tariff and they put me on the £25 blackberry bonus tariff - i asked if this was ok going from £35 to £25 and she said yes. Can anyone clarify this?

it is allowed to change down tarrifs after a certain number of months.
so I take it you now have a blackberry instead of your iphone? |

It normally is just one step at a time though switching from one type of tariff to another can sometimes cause rungs to be missed
