His only big hit in the last 10 years is I Want Love in 2001. The other hits have been rehashes of past glories....
Sorry Seems (with Blue), Your Song (With Alessandro Safina), Are You Ready For Love (a 70's flop revived for a tv ad). Even Candle In The Wind was plugged as the b-side and Something In The Way You Look Tonight is listed first....as if!!

His only big hit in the last 10 years is I Want Love in 2001. The other hits have been rehashes of past glories....
Sorry Seems (with Blue), Your Song (With Alessandro Safina), Are You Ready For Love (a 70's flop revived for a tv ad). Even Candle In The Wind was plugged as the b-side and Something In The Way You Look Tonight is listed first....as if!!

It's not as if he needs to do anything else. More acts should retire before their music becomes tired.

He wrote "I Don't Feel Like Dancin" which was number 1 for the Scissor Sisters in 2006.

Miserable old queen. If it hadn't been for the death of Diana his career would have dried up years ago. His last decent songs were in The Lion King.

One of the minor tragedies of Diana's death is it stopped Something About The Way You Look Tonight from being the a-side of his single at the time it just became part of a double a-side. He should have brouight out 'I Stop And I Breathe' from Peachtree Road as a single IMO
