Oh wow I was just listening to studio version of Someone Like You, after reading last night on here it wasn't as good as the Jools performance, all sounded great until about a minute and a half in.

Wow she really ruined it on the album didn't she?! Silly Girl. No need for the high pitched nonsense.

I really think 'Rumour Has It', 'Turning Tables' and 'Set Fire To The Rain' should be the singles from the album. Would of said 'Someone Like You' but the album version is nowhere near as good as the live version.

If it were fast and upbeat it was 'RITD' if it were slow/piano style it was 'SLY;,
No, it was neither of them because they have been on my iPod for months.

It was slow but had a little more of an edge than SLY- it wasn't Set Fire To The Rain either.

That's the main problem with this album - apart from the lead single - they all sound the same.

It's a great album, but I don't think it's as good as people are making it out to be. Definitely a few fillers there.

However, Turning Tables and Set Fire To The Rain are absolutely brilliant. I agree that her live version of Someone Like You is so much better than the original, but the melody and her deliverance is so beautiful that it doesn't warrant criticism from me!

It seems there are two versions of 'someone like you' on amazon:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/21-Adele/dp/...5701262&sr=8-1

Wonder why. The copy I ordered from HMV only lists it as one version with two bonus tracks (one being 'if it hadn't been for love').

Ahh, sorry to bump this yet again but I didn't realise until now that there are bonus tracks out there (not on the copy I ordered though it seems) and there is an ACOUSTIC version of 'someone like you' which is like the live (but more studio-esque).

Great news! Was planning to buy this on Itunes but they only seem to list the one version of SLY. Is Amazon the only option for the acoustic one?

I think so (seeing as it's listed) but I ordered mine from HMV which has two bonus tracks (exclusive to HMV).

Order from amazon i'd say

I hope they have it available as a separate mp3. I was planning on downloading the whole thing as soon as it was available. My most anticipated album of the year.

Different Bonus tracks on different versions of the CD. They're conning the public again and again you meekly accept it as normal. In all truth I suppose it doesn't really matter as apart from Rolling in the Deep all the tracks sound pretty much the same. Hyped up - that nobody can deny.

If you pre-ordered off the official site you were put in a prize draw for the signings, only think it was for a 1,000 or so, and I am one of them. I must sound like a weirdo, but it's a strange feeling to know that Adele must have touched my copy herself
