Best PAYG deals?
I've been asked to recommend a good pay-as-you-go deal for someone who isn't particularly interested in cameras and fancy features, and just wants a reliable phone with cheap calls. Any ideas anyone? I head about the cheap 3 deal that's on at the moment, but in the light of my own experiences with 3 I'd be reluctant to recommend them to anyone that isn't an 'enthusiast'.

with 3 the phones are too expensive for someone who doesn't care, you can get aPAYG for £30 now.

for only £12.50 a month on contract you can have a free phone and 500 free cross network minutes though, I usually dont like the idea of contract phones but this deal seems a bit good.

That's the deal I'm on, but for the person in question I think the phone is for emergencies only so the free minutes wouldn't be used.

I would recomend O2 and Virgin,
IF they will be texting then the 02 online tarrif will be good, If they will not be texting then just any normal high street phone, and as it has been said they are availble from £29. |
