"If you take part in the on-air promotion filming you'll need to dress to impress and to capture the glitz and style of Strictly Come Dancing, which means a dark jacket and trouser with a white shirt for men and glamorous dress for ladies - all with no visible logos. There will be no facilities to change at Television Centre. Bear in mind that filming will be outdoors and the temperature may be low and it may rain, so you will need to bring warm and dry clothing for the duration of your visit.
