As far as I am aware, the dances that allow lifts are the American Smooth and the Charleston

The AT also permits lifts, and obviously you can do them in your showdance as well.

I did say she subtly criticised Aliona's choreography - and she did that by comparing James' choreography to Aliona's. She said words to the effect that James is clever in giving the judges routines he knows they will like, where as Aliona doesn't.
