Don't see that song working for the waltz either.

When I hear Michelle's waltz music, straightaway I know it's 4/4, not 3/4!

Is the chair and 2 parking cones the props that Aliona is using this week ?

I think Pamela and James have fabulous music this week - I'm expecting high scores.

Pam's looking very good.

A lot of really good dancers this year, I have to say.

I enjoyed the Friday Panel - better than last week's with Lemar.

I've seen both, my parents were opera nuts.

When I was at boarding school "Carmen Jones" came out and we convinced our matron it was opera, and off we went to see it in a long crocodile.

Dorothy Dandrige was stunning! Unforgetable.

Back to reality, until tomorrow night when we enter the strange world of SCD.

I think Denice and Ian used it for their foxtrot too A Kylie fest as well - 2 Kylie songs on the show yes

Why can't we have Chris Hollins on the Friday panel - we have had to suffer Lisa Snowdon doing panel duty this year - and she never made the final two

James and Pam seem to have the permanent slot of doing their dance at the end of the Friday ITT ....... and the last one they did ended in exactly the same way with Pam berating James for going wrong!!

It looks more orchestrated by the week.

I have a sneaky suspicion that they are going to throw tens at Pamela as a compensation from last week's jive, and maybe score Matt well on his dance too.

This week, it would be Scott who's in danger, to be sure. His rehearsal looked ten times worse than Mark Ramprakash's when he did his rhumba, and he scored 27!

I saw Carmen as my first classical experience (I was about 6 and wanted to know what they were saying, so had to be taken out of the Festival Hall.

I saw the film on tv, and absolutely flamin' LOVE IT.

Hence I've just taken the daughter to the actual opera, and am about to buy the film Carmen Jones.

She loves the songs already.

Shame on me, I can't remember the name of the actual song. But it's definitely the one Carmen sings at the beginning about being a temptress.
