I do like to see all the celeb personalities be laid bare as it is on SCD.

Sometimes though it completely changes my opinion of them ....... and sometimes they are just as they have always been portrayed.

Never commented on this thread before but had to come on to say just that. Those two women, Gavin and Ann.......:yawn:Thank heavens for Claudia and Craig, that's all I can say. And far be it from me to add to the conspiracy theories (they make me giggle actually!) but don't they always end with P&J on a Friday, or does it just feel like it?

I may not like Pamela but I will concede this ,she is 10 times more bearable than Ann .I find Ann increasingly arrogant and self loving and smug and I dont like it .
So the world is tuning in to see Ann , according to herself and the audience love her ? And must she correct Claudia like a school mistress .? Ughhh .

The panel were like the cackling witches today .

This week will be great I think , everyone bar Ann really upped their game ,Bring it on .!!

I cant even begin to think what Anns charleston will be like tomorrow - i think we might actually be stuck for words.
Why does Anton always seem to do better with poor dancers -Ann this year and Kate Garroway is another example. We didnt seem to enjoy him as much when he was with Laila last year - perhaps its just we are used to the comic Anton?

That's because they are having fun. Fun fun fun.

I predict James will throttle Pammie on the dancefloor before the season's out.

At last, a musician (Elaine Paige) on ITT who has the courage to comment on the unsuitable music often chosen. A Viennese Waltz should have an accent on the first beat of the bar and as for trying to dance a waltz to a piece in four-four time! You might as well dispense with the music altogether, as the accents in the dance won't correspond with the music.

Surely the prodancers would have seen this problem and done something about it?

Mark Ramps danced Rhumba for it and scored really bad. Rhumba is danced in 4/4, not 3/4.

I liked Scott's DelBoy Rumba. He could maybe get a lot of votes from the public with a spiv's version of the Rumba.

Patsy and Michelle have improved and both may do their best dance.

Gavin was starting to show signs of dancing. If he shows enough improvement, that may get him enough votes, even if he is low on the leaderboard.

The prodancers apparently have a say in the choice of the music, but nobody seems to bother now as it happens every week. Take last weeks tangos and Pasos -none of them were performed to pieces in tango or paso rhythm - although one paso was danced to a piece that was almost a tango!
