It did kind of say alot that the audience reaction on 'You're Fired' to Paloma wasn't all that bad. When holding up their signs whether they thought she should have been fired, it was kind of split down the middle, with a 60%/40% lean towards 'fired'.

Melissa's result showed that no matter how much you can sweet talk on 'You're Fired', the audience are generally inclined to still think you should have been fired if you were that appalling.

Clearly Paloma isn't really disliked THAT much, very rarely do candidates get the audience mostly on-side thinking they shouldn't have been fired, and the most disliked candidates get about 90%+ of 'fired' signs.
