my son has just bought one on the o2 network. problem he is having with it is he can not get any youtube, yourmuze , opera mini or google maps to work. he can use the built in browser, but not for any of these sites. he has been onto o2 for settings , also did settings manually. but still no luck. did have the same problem with his old 6500 classic. thought by now these newer s40 phones would be able to do these things. any suggestions . regards popp

He just needs to tell the handset which APN to use for connecting apps to the net. You do that in Settings>Configuration and select the Default Access Point. Once he has done that, select Activate Default in All Apps. He'll then be able to connect.

(If he is on contract then select O2 Mobile Web.)
