I reckon either could have gone last night until Paloma did her self destruction act.....talk about give someone enough rope and they will hang themselves...don't mess with Lord Sugar!

They will be next out if they don't win the next challenge.
Lord Sugar doesn't rate them. |

Of the two, Shaneesh will go first as Alex has some gumption about him to at least speak up for himself. If you are in the boardroom and you don't even speak up for yourself you deserve to go.

I almost thought Lord Sugar was going to fire all three, so not long.
Though I'm curious if Sandeesh might rise to the challenge of being PM as she does have quite an authoritative tone of voice, whereas if Alex keeps up his politician-speeches about being a retail guru then he may be out quite soon.

imo there are so many dud candidates left still (Laura, Sandeesh, Stuart, maybe Alex), it'll take weeks to weed them out unless LS starts firing them in twos. At least Stuart makes for a funny program, though.
I think Sandeesh's time is nearly up though |

Sandeesh probably won't last much longer, unless she surprises us all as PM. While she seems to work competently behind the scenes, that doesn't set the world on fire - and it's not enough to save her for now. She was lucky to escape this week because Paloma comitted boardroom suicide.
As for Alex, he did mess up this week - but he also managed to pull it back with the TV ad, so it wasn't his fault the task failed. I think he's been unfairly described as useless as a result of this episode - his performance before has been generally good. If he does well as PM, he'll stay for a few more weeks. He won't win though. |

Paloma, whatever her faults, is at least superior to Sandeesh and Laura, yet she's gone and there they still are. |

I don't mind Alex. He did stand up to bossy boots Paloma. Sandeesh looks a bit too quite.
I think she will be next to go. |

You never know who's going first; depends on whether you're in a winning team and who else is with you.
Paloma, whatever her faults, is at least superior to Sandeesh and Laura, yet she's gone and there they still are. I think that despite everything LS recognised that Alex was trying. Shandeesh was just sitting there, even after him saying that she seems to do nothing and is invisible. Shouldn't that have made her think, oh crap I'm in trouble I have to do something, I better start talking now? |

I quite like Sandeesh, but I think she has the maximum of only a few more episodes to go. I don't think anyone really respects her that much and is always a shoe-in for getting brought back into the boardroom whenever her team loses. Which is a shame because she speaks sense most of the time, but she lacks a bit of something.
From the preview clip, it seemed like she might be PM next week. So I'm guessing unless she wins then she is toast. Alex will probably last longer, I think he could make interviews but no further than that. |

I doubt either of them will make it to interviews.
Sandeesh does very little other than get into arguments, and while Alex is a clever lad he's not a very good salesman. He's more of a thinker than a seller. That said, he's been very useful over the last few weeks. Fielding questions very competently at pitches last week, helping Melissa do simple arithmetic the week before, and this week he had the Jumbotron. He seems to do something very good each week. But I don't think he's got the charisma to stick around till the end. Not enough fight. All I've seen of Sandeesh is her getting catty. I seem to remember her being fairly bad at the bread sales task. That said, I am interested in seeing how she'll perform as team leader. If and when. |

Sandeesh surely must go soon. She does zilch. I suppose she allows other gobbier types more air-time so that's a plus. The more Stu-bags the better, say I. And Jamie/Chris (shared identity as far as I'm concerned - not enough personality there for 2 people) can look silly by denigrating fashion and Manchester. I find that entertaining.
Sandeesh's evil eye act is good but not funny enough. Alex? Who knows? He sure as hell DOES irritate everyone else. Though not TOTALLY (a/c to Nick, obviously). Not a winner but good-ish value. |

I'm not a fan of Laura but I'd probably rate her over Paloma, too. Paloma was terrible on the bread task, still wanting to promise massive orders after being told they couldn't full fill the orders they already had. Laura seemed to spot a lot of the issues on the advert task. |

\Yes but Laura has no personality and has to resort to swearing. Sandeesh has not yet been given her chance. Paloma has the most personality though.
