Paloma on Breakfast - knitwear company
I caught Paloma on Breakfast this morning. She said that she has recently launched a clothing/knitwear company. She said the name and spelled it out, but I didn't get it down quite quickly enough. I think it was something like Niacia, but I can't find anything when I google it.
Did anyone else see Breakfast? It would be interesting to see what her knitwear is like!! |

Just checked ot the site...if you start on the home page, and then click on the 'public speaking' button...check out the picture.....it's like a slowmotion slouch!

I was born and raised in Peru, but grew up in the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
I wonder what she thinks the word "raised" means? The knitwear site fails for only being viewable in flash. Not only are there people unwilling to allow sites to run flash on their computers (because of potential infections), but nether iPhones nor iPads can play flash content, so she's losing out on potential customers. |

Has anyone worn pure alpaca wool before? What is it like compared to angora wool and cashmere? |

The website is poor. I could list all its faults but I haven't the time.

The main selling point though is the material I suppose.... And agree 100% as regards the "website", as it looks awful. |

So you can't buy these items online - thats a good strategy to drum up sales!

I would actually be interested in buying these. Saw "please contact us for colours and prices" and closed the website. Too much effort.
