Why pick the two project managers this week?

This week LS picked who he wanted as the PMs. Why?

I know that he and DT in the US version occasionally picks the PM but it still doesn't explain why LS decided that this week he was picking the PMs?

Did he want these two in the final so was testing them out in advance to see how good they were? If Melissa hadn't got axed would she have got picked instead of one of them to see if she could back up all the retail abilities she claims to have?
Should LS pick the PMs every week ?

why?

because its his job, and that's how he wants to analyse people. Much better he picks the PM. Maybev he wanted to check up on Paloma.

It's not like this is the first time he's picked the PMs. He's done plenty of times over the years. It's probably so he can get a taste of some of the quieter ones.

I'm wondering if it was more to check out Liz after she got such good sales on the previous task to see if it was a fluke with such good product.
Also wouldn't it make more sense to pick people that don't have experience or a history in sales as that would show how they adapt to doing things they don't know?.

I know it's his job but why doesn't he do it every week? He does say each series about the quiet ones that appear to do nothing or take a back seat and ride on the success on others. That is easily fixed by him picking them as PMs.

Perhaps he should give instruction to Nick and Karen who he wants as PM so if you get that thing where nobody steps up to the plate it gets taken out of their hands.

He's losing interest and wants to see how well the finalists can do now. He may also have noticed that Kate got too few goes at being PM last year. Stella has led, made an impact and had a minor issue last week. He's now tested Liz out as PM and tested and removed Paloma. He now has to sift the boys some more and he can't get rid of Sandeesh until he's given her a chance at being PM.

I will be amazed if he doesn't pick Sandeesh to PM next week.
