Nobody has mentioned these ones:
Metro newspaper - Free. Vuvuzela (World cup sound) - Free. Bamboozle - not free but cheap. Brunswick Bowling - cheap but not free best bowling game you can buy. Free Guitar - Great fun and free. Drum kit - Worth paying for think it's 59p. Music Studio - full one is £9 but there's a lite one for free. Cineworld - Good app, The VUE one is not as good. The Stig - Cheap but good fun. LEDit Free (It's a LED text scroller and free). Ruler - Free. Spreadsheet - Free. Isimples - Compare the market - Free. Opera Mini - Free. Ebuddy - Free. Crystal Maze - cheap. That's the lot for now I know lots more good apps though. |

I like the RedShift app on my iPhone. Good use of the gyroscope and gps to detirmine where things are in the night sky.
The concept of augmented reality browswers impressed me on the iphone (though I suppse they are in the early stages yet). Acrossair is a good example of what can be done. I dont have my itunes stuff on my iphone (I use my ipod for that) so in the house I use Audiogalaxy to stream my itunes (and its playlists) Shazam can be useful i have an i rig jack that i use to connect my guitars to through amplitube (and amp kit) I also have Guitar Toolkit, which has a guitar tuner and a directory of chords/scales etc. iDataMonitor, monitors your 3g/data usage |
