I came across this video which i found a bit sad

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zwZL8CzCLY

I still looooove all those songs though and would love to see a "proper" reunion with all seven members doing a tour or something.

Thats one reunion that will never happen with all members. Paul hates Hannah for starters,

Does he? Im guessing she cheated on him then

Hannah's been one of them that actually carved a successful career after the split she was in Seed of Chucky and other TV roles such as Miss Marple.

Aww, I used to love them. Still have VHS recordings on them on TOTPs, CD:UK, Party in the Park etc.

Oh, the memories.

Remember them and met one of them. They were good. It's a shame they split when they really hit their peak.

Actually their last album "Seeing Double" released in 2002 (the first without Paul who left) was their least successful album only reaching #17 and spawned only one single "Alive" which wasn't even a massive hit.

I remember my sister playing the song 'S-Club' Party (?) a lot and I thought they were singing 'Sex Club'.

It was their least successful, but they had started to win over the music press and get good reviews, especially for "Don't stop moving." They were finally starting to get recognised and taken seriously and not seen as just another bubblegum pop group that was made off the back of an TV series. Just as they split it was starting to become OK to admit to liking some of their stuff, but obviously not to say "There ain't no party like an S Club Party!" .

Im still thinking the split came because they were gonna get dropped not through choice.

I do love "Say Goodbye" though and they did have a good run of 4 years

I would certainly love to see them all together again

He sold a story to the NOTW a few years ago. Can't access the NOTW site anymore (I refuse to pay to view a website) but a snippet is here http://popdirt.com/hannah-spearritt-...co-star/58498/
He didn't have many nice things to say about her.

I think there were problems within the group. Bradley was more interested in having a break and going into producing or DJ-ing. Rachel was pushing for a solo deal, mostly fueled by the media pushing with stories about her. Jon was ready to move on and try something else. I think Hannah and Tina had fallen out.

You would often hear people on TV say that they (and Steps) were the hardest working groups in pop always doing different appearances on TV and PAs. Sometimes two or three a day all over the country. They would be on GMTV in the morning shoot off to another part of the country to record some TV show and then be at G.A.Y at 10pm in the evening. Five years of that would take it's toll on anyone.

Yeah I remember Jo and Ian talking about that in the big brother house.

Jon is doing very well in theatre these days. I saw him in the musical Tomorrow Morning a couple of days ago, in London, and he's excellent. Really good powerful voice. Really impressed with him.

I loved S Club 7, I was 8 when their music came out first and my dad reckoned I was just the right age for their music at the time. Still have their singles and their first album on cassette and I had the video "It's an S Club Thing" as well. I think I gave it away to the charity shop though. I have their Greatest Hits CD and a DVD with all the music videos on it.

I actually discovered their music in Woolworths one day They were playing Bring It All Back and I thought it was really catchy and mum went up to the desk in the music section (I was only 8 after all and I was probably too shy at the time to ask) and asked what the song was called. The assistant got the CD and we got it and from them on I was an S Club 7 fan. It was actually my first single, well my first CD one anyway. I don't remember if I bought cassette singles before that.

Got the albums when they came out, despite fact I was prob 10 years older than the target audience(I was about 23 in '99), got the video but havent played it for ages. I agree they were just getting great when they broke up. Say Goodbye is their best slowie IMO followed by Two In A Million probably, best upbeat number Alive IMO

I think they were best in their early days. Their TV series were a brilliant way of launching themselves and guaranteeing a hit album. Infact I've still got the VHS boxsets of Miami 7 and LA 7 on my shelf.
