I wanted to record a live program this morning, had a caption come up warning me “that this will stop the TSR”. Any idea what TSR is?

Time Shifted Recording the current programme is buffered to a time shift buffer allowing live pause, rewind and forward to the end of the buffer using a pvr. The warning is telling you that the tuner currently recording to this buffer will be used to make your recording
