I hear a rumour that Gavin had injured himself. Is it true he is getting a bye as I find that unfair as my favourite may go out before him tonight?

I thoguht he was sick?

I heard that two, but nothing has been confirmed yet so Im guessing hes still trying. Shame this will get him the sympthoy vote.

If theres any justice him and ann should be out this week in a double eviction.

He looked a bit ill but well enough to dance on the rehearsals clip in yesterday's ITT

You think so?

He's yet to finish in the bottom two - unlike Michelle and Felicity.

If justice served we'll be saying good riddance to Ann long before we wave goodbye to Gavin.

I'd agree Gavin unlikely to go before those two.

Why should the rule be different for certain people?

Well the bloke has no morals and doesn't care how he wins things as long as he does.

What utter nonsense.

If Gavin gets a bye tonight it will be because he isn't fit to dance.

Same thing happened to Tina with her chickenpox and last year Jade Johnson provoked similar outrage to the OP's when she too had a bye after sustaining a serious knee injury.

Strange really - as Mr Kelly was just as bad if not worse than Gavin

I am certain Gavin is dancing tonight. As per usual people getting their knickers in a twist after a hyped up VT. Just a bit of man flu - Scott danced last week after this & so will Gavin.

Yes, yes he is.

Gavin's getting a bye because of manflu.
Scott's getting a bye because of his hamstring.
Michelle's getting a bye because her ankle's still poorly.
Ann, Felicity and Pamela are all getting byes because they're past it.
Patsy's getting a bye because she's too stressed going through the results show.
Jimi's getting a bye because Flavia's been too strict with the cane.

Matt and Kara are the only ones dancing. But if it's any consolation, they are doing every dance that was to have been featured.

bbcstrictly tweeted that Gavin & Katya have another fiery routine this week about 15 mins ago so it seems unlikely

This seems pretty much like a non-thread, based on nothing but a 5 second segment in which Gavin appeared to be ill. We would know by now if he wasn't going to take part in it tonigh, wouldn't we?

The thread is based on ITT last night only? I thought there was some new news indicating Gavin would be unable to dance or something!

Fingers crossed. I'm hoping this will be the week Gavin beats his nerves and pulls off a good routine. Last week's was much better than any of his previous performances.
