Screen Aspect Ratio keeps defaulting to 4.3 - help!

Hi all

I have had BT Vision for a couple of years now and have recently been supplied with a new box.

For some reason the Screen Aspect Ratio keeps defaulting from 720 to 4.3 - I have to go into 'settings' and reset the resolution perhaps four or five times a day.

This is getting annoying - it didn't happen with the old BT Vision box.

Has anyone else had/have this problem?

Any solutions gratefully received.

Ring the Vision helpdesk on 0800 800 900.

They are very helpful!
