After not having a signal for about a week, three weeks later I DO have a signal but I am no longer receiving certain text messages. I had my suspicions and asked a friend to text me while I was at her house. Three days later and the text still hasn't arrived. I've received only about three messages the entire week. I've tried turning the phone off and removing the battery and sim. Why are there constant problems with this network?

We've already had a thread with a similar name that has been renamed.

It doesnt instantly mean its Oranges fault either, could be the phone, or could be a faulty sim card.

So after three weeks have you not thought to call customer services??

Well why dont you try and give them a call? They will be able to investigate if there is a fault.
