Seetickets and Take That - Confirmation email?

So, I purchased 4 ticket for Take That in Manchester using SeeTickets and I still haven't had a confirmation email.
I went on Seeticket's order tracker, typed in my reference number and my email and got no results, but when i tried again with my reference number and post code it found my order.

Can anyone explain what is going on?

Yes. Seetickets can. Email them, or give them a call.

When I ordered my Saturdays tickets in 2009 I got a confirmation email from Seetickets fairly quick IIRC. That's a bit strange though, I have to admit.

We ordered Adam Lambert tickets recently but never received an email, if you have your reference number you can track your order in the order tracker at See tickets .
