I have tried 3 different brands and none of them (even the offical HTC ones) seam to fit the screen and all 3 have left bubbles.

The length is fine but they are all 1-2mms too wide so the overlap the edges

Can anybody suggest me one that fits propperly?

Which ones have you tried? I find the InvisibleShield range tends to be the best (well, Power Support are better but they only do iPhone). You can get either just the screen protector or a full body coverage kit at Desire HD screen protectors, where you can find a whole range of other protectors. In my experience, though, cheaper is most definitely not better! Hope this helps.
