Do any of you post on any Boxing Forums and if so which ones? I'm not registered or active with any at the moment, which ones would you recommend?

Also were any of you on the Boxing Monthly Forum before it closed or BM closed the forum down that is.
I don't post much but http://checkhookboxing.com is good, strong Brit crowd and decent humor.

Eastside Boxing forum is ok but there are so many Mayweather haterz.

This opinion may or may not be down to his reputation in Sheffield, and the fact I saw him in Wetherspoons the other day looking like a right fat bastard, downing a few pints and then going off to the races.
Yeah his known for that and it's a shame he doesnt live the life.

What's everyone's pick for jr v Sullivan? Only seen the one Sullivan fight where he knocked that fella out he kissed. Just watched the gloves are off for it and it was much better than the whyte Joshua one.

I think thats crazy and outrageous and I'm saying this while peeved with Fury for disrespecting Lennox so much!

IMO the IBF just don't like British guys having their belts. They have messed up things for Naseem Hamed, Lennox Lewis and Amir Khan in the past too and probably others as well.

Fury and any other Champion should be allowed 1 year to face the mandatory challenger from each belt and if they are this inflexible, then these bodies are shooting themselves in the foot because surely there is more money to be made for everyone when the belts are united or seen as undisputed?

I think British fighters should boycot the IBF. If I was Amir Khan, I'd tell Brook to make their fight a non title one. The IBF didn't strip Lamont Peterson of the IBF belt after he failed a drugs tests in his fight with Khan!

Comparing Eubank/Saunders. Jr's a bit more aggressive with a slightly heavier dig than Saunders and Saunders handled Sullivan quite easily.

I'd go Eubank 9-12rd Stoppage.

Honestly, I hate this sport at times.

Thing is, arent the IBF cutting off their nose to spite their face... Better off for their crdibiltiy being part of a nearly undisputed world heavyweight contest involving Fury (and Klitschko) than a meaningless different world heavyweight bout...

Yep. Another example of boxing doing a good job of shooting itself in the foot. As I said in another thread; with all due respect to Glazkov, it's a pretty nothing fight compared to the rematch, and they could easily have allowed this and mandated that the winner fights their mandatory after that.

Back on the AJ fight; unless he is hamming it up for the cameras, i'd say Whyte seems to be quite clearly carrying some sort of injury to his right arm.

Whyte has embarrassed himself in the run up to the fight imo, i had no real preference to who won, but now i want AJ to beat him

It's been rumoured for months. Can't blame him really. Whyte gets more money than he'll make for the rest of his career, Eddie gets to peddle his nonsense, and Sky get to spaff over their golden goose, despite how ridiculous it will seem compared to Fury's achievement. Everybody's happy! Apart from the people who take a second and think about what they just paid extra to watch.

All he's doing is what Eddie Hearn has told him to do; be 'controversial' in an attempt to drum up interest for the fight (which, let's be honest, is poor, on a poor card). It mystifies me that people get worked up by this stuff.

I do recall him having a problem with his left shoulder around his last fight, but that video they put out yesterday of his workout looks like a problem with his right arm or shoulder.

Cearly crocked, hope Eddie is giving him a good pay off for not sinking the PPV.

If Whyte is injured he cant then after claim that as an excuse. You either take the fight or not.

No chance he's pulling out of this unless his arm actually falls off. Hearn would have kittens.

Thats fair enough,, but Hearn isnt telling him what to say, what is coming out of his mouth is from himself, and what he is saying is childish and embarrassing, and if he is saying what is on a script that Hearn wants him to say, the thats even worse imo.

He even embarrassed himself at the press conference, you could hear everyone cringe, I'm not getting worked up by it, i'm just discussing it on a forum.

I agree though, the card is poor and should be nowhere near a pay per view, it should be a normal Sky Sports channel.

Someone else who isnt doing himself any favours by opening his mouth and allowing crap to fall out is Tyson Fury, him trying to explain on Sky Sports news about what he said, just made himself sound even worse imo

Thing is Fury is allowed an opinion. People may not like it but his allowed it and as long as his not hateful I don't see why it's an issue.

He's being given the payday of a lifetime, despite carrying an injury; I expect he'd say that he wears women's underwear if Hearn told him it'd be a good idea.

As I mentioned upthread, you only have to look at the laughable Campbell-Coyle 'grudge' in the summer to see the sort of narrative Hearn loves to push.
