Reminds me of Bruno. Stiff, slow feet, cumbersome and little upper body movement.

I thought he was awful. His slow and just looks sloppy all the time.

Campbell's lack of punching power is a problem. I think he needs to ditch his trainer after tonight. They were awful and gave him nothing at the end of each round. Sounded like he had two voices speaking to him as well. Campbell needs to get with a serious trainer.

AJ being exposed tonight or is Whyte way better than everybody thought??

Great last punch to end that,, but that was a poor performance from AJ,, so sluggish , hardly any movement

Bit of both. Joshua was defiently exposed in the sense we saw a fighter who looked very stiff at times.

I don't know what Haye has left but if he still has handspeed I think that could cause Joshua fits.

why was the eubank sullivan fight stopped? that was such a good fight stopped out of nowhere. i wish this scottish commentater would just go away.

Joshua - Bad footwork, to big/muscle bound, gassed after rd2, didn't like the bodyshots at all, no head movement. All the things you'd expect from a novice and he's headlining a PPV. Hopefully this will temper the hype. When Whyte slowed down he was able to dominate and looked good but he needs time/fights, rushing him into world level too soon and you're going to really ruin him.

Fair play to Whyte, showed he was more than a bum of the month and will come again.

Halling - I'm not a man of violence but in his case I'd make an exceptance.

He was getting pummeled. Corner did the right thing. Sullivan wasn't winning that fight.

Joshua should drop 10lbs in weight.

His corner pulled him out, he didn't complain, he'd slowed down far too much to continue taking full blooded shots.

He's learnt a lot ?,, i hope he has learnt he needs to improve his footwork and head movement, you cant just rely on punch power

i agree he wasn't winning but it was such a crap pull out from his corner. such a cowardly way to go aswell. almost embarrassing

The card and main event worked out great for matchroom and sky.

Seriously though Joshua vs Chisora shouldn't be put on ppv.

There was nothing cowardly about it - Spike was taking too much punishment and was simply saved from him own self. He will have other days - another few rounds and he might not ...

dont blame spike atall but his corner were pussies. i like to see a 12 round slug fest between two boxers like these and i felt it got stopped too early.

Only way that should be PPV is if it's the undercard, maybe of the inevitable Brook v Khan fight. But maybe I'm being too optimistic... after all, they'll try and flog any old shit.

If a boxer has little chance there is no point keeping him in the ring for another 6 rounds simply to get punched in the head. He had offered nothing for a good few rounds, he wasn't going to stop Eubank at this point, leaving him in there is basically saying go be a punch bag for 6 more rounds.

To throw around words like pussies and coward at a guy or his corner when this is somebody who literally puts his life on the line every single time he steps in the ring to entertain a bunch of people who would never dream of doing such a thing is a total embarrassment. I'm guessing his corner actually give a shit about the guy and treat his welfare as a priority, unlike you, who just just wants to see people get punched.

Impressed with Joshua tonight, was hurt in round 2 but got his shit together and controlled the fight from round 4 onwards. He'll learn a lot from that fight.

Luke Campbell had a shocker. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and all that but with all his time out over the past 18 months you wonder if his heart has really been in it. Mendy was decent enough but a Euro level gatekeeper should've been dealt with straightforward for someone with Campbell's aspirations. I'd stick him in a rematch straight away sink or swim, because if it wasn't just a one off bad night then Campbell isn't going to go far in the pro game.

err, was this a PPV or not a PPV? i'm pretty much sure the audience wants to see a fighter give their all not just what the ref sees fit or when the corner sees fit. o sullivan was not close being stopped and neither was eubank. i say they should let the fight go on and give people their monies worth.

that was was a bulllshit stopage and i think most people will see it that way.

Apparently, Canelo and GGG are in advanced negotiations. WBC is sitting in on talks and have extended the deadline for the deal because they are making good progress. The main sticking point is the weight so if they can both compromise and come to 157 then the fight may be on. I really hope so as that is the next megafight

I'd take GGG all day to win that though

It wasn't a slug fest. One guy was getting punched an awful lot while the other wasn't.

Why does there need to be a compromise? The middleweight limit is 160.

eddie said at the post fight press conference that the numbers have blown his mind so it looks like the it was a huge ppv success.

not sure how they sell AJ vs Chisora as a PPV fight though. will need a stacked undercard. should just put that fight on sky sports 1
