He is only catching the arms and gloves though, it's hardly a masterclass in boxing
It doesn't need to be - you get the same amount of points for winning a tight round doing nothing as opposed to beating seven bells out of your opponent.

Quigg's first round but he's still miles back. Maybe the game plan was to outwork Frampton and come on strong later but Quigg hasn't put him under anywhere near enough pressure so far.

Frampton isn't exactly covering himself in glory either at the moment.

Quigg is clearly looking to wear Framp's out for a late round KO

I've not been impressed at all tbh, I like some of Quiggs defensive work

Finally, the fights on. Still think Frampton's got this if he can stay on his feet.

Jim's got Quigg 1 point up? Surely not. It's been much of a muchness but Frampton is clearly ahead.

Not the best fight ever, but at least it got better towards the end.

A draw might be a fairer result tbh, Quigg did nothing for the first 6, but Frampton didn't do much better either

Quigg started slow but even still those early rounds were not clear cut.

Whoever wins there is no robbery. Perfect fight for a promoter as they can do this again in Belfast.
