Why are there 5 sports channels if Sky can't show a fight once in a blue moon. There's not a chance I'll be paying for it as much as I'd have liked to have seen the fight. Sky chancing their arm once again it seems in hope it'll pay off. So with that in mind I wish buys are low not that Sky will care.”
Before the Whyte fight I would of said the same thing but Joshua's fights on sky sports were drawing the biggest views and higher ratings than expected. The Whyte fight drew 400k PPV's which again was not expected considering it was just a domestic bust up. The fury v klitchko fight only drew slightly more.
Any other promoter and network would be doing the same thing if they had such a box office star on there hands. Not doing so is just leaving money on the table.
