Unretired after 20 days!? By my calculation, he's actually spent more time than that on his back in the ring in the past.

Literally just read the news. Just can't help but laugh really.

I suspect he'll hand pick his first opponent to make absolutely sure he can win at least one more fight, so a blind in one eye, arthiritic pensioner it is ..

I can't even laugh at him anymore.
When a Boxer loses their punch resistance and reflexes, then they should have their licence taken away.

Imo, there's no sadder sight in sports than seeing Boxers become nothing more than human punchbags. Just look at what it did to Ali, and the onetime awesome Roy Jones pathetically carrying on years and years after he was a shot fighter.

I think Khan and A-Force have a personal competition going on into who can get admitted into a mental hospital first.

Whew! For once a rematch lived up to the hype. Didn't look like the Dane would get past the first three rounds and then it looked like Carl wouldn't make the distance. Both of them have hearts the size of dinner plates and Mount Rushmore chins.

Kessler overall the better technical boxer and he made Froch miss like an amateur but Froch the better streetfighter. Well done Carl.

Andre Ward will take him again though...

Great fight. I just watched it on HBO and they never went to adverts. At the end they apologised for the delay in the result.. Saying they were waiting for sky to come back from adverts!

Great advert for boxing.

Great advert for boxing.
But only boxing diehards will have seen it because it's hidden away on PPV.

The full fight will be available to millions on youtube before the hype dies down...

Yes they always do and between rounds.
Is why I refuse to pay as they then cash in with the adverts as well.

There's a reason why Carl Froch is my favourite fighter: it is because he is a fighter's fighter.

He never looks for the easy way out & always looks for the toughest challenge.

Froch & Kessler put on another great show & Froch was a deserving winner.

Froch said after the fight that he wants a rematch with Andre Ward in the UK & I think that is right, but he did say that Ward is not a 'fighter' like Kessler & is more slippery & awkward.

Whilst there is an element of truth in that, I remember Ward completely dominating Froch in every facet of boxing when they fought.

Ward outpunched, outfought, outhustled, outmuscled & outboxed Carl, so I really can't see a way that Froch could reverse that decision if they fought again.

Then again, you never know. Carl is so driven & determined that you can never write him off.

I still think Ward would win but I agree with Froch that Ward should come to the UK. Froch holds all the aces now and Ward shouldn't be so arrogant as to expect Froch to fight him where he wants and under his terms because Froch is the champion. If Ward refuses to come to the UK then I'd like to see him finish Hopkins off

I will watch the fight on YouTube. I vowed not to buy a PPV fight off Sky again after I paid for Haye/Klitschko and had a blank blue screen, Sky refunded me but that's not the point
