I'm glad Sky are showing more international boxing now. They've picked up some of the Top Rank fights lately and maybe they will put the final nail in Boxnation's coffin if they strike a deal with Golden Boy. Maybe Eddie Hearn has had a word in their ear and persuaded them to take the sport more seriously

Well done Cantona.

I'm officially jealous because boxing is my favourite sport, but I've never been to Las Vegas to watch a fight & I've never seen future Hall-of-Famer, 'Money' Mayweather fight live.

Although Khan doesn't deserve it, I'm praying that he can bag a fight with Mayweather Jr in the UK as I will be the first in the queue for tickets, just to seen an ATG like Floyd, live in action.

No chance Mayweather fights outside of Vegas on Cinco de Mayweather.

Enjoy it and even if it is in England, plenty to do in Vegas.

It was actually. Surprised it lasted as long as it did. Bradley's next opponent sorted then.

Wish Top Rank and Goldenboy would agree to fights between their fighters.

It's the boxers and the fans who miss out.

Even if they had 2 interpromotional shows a year, 1 a top Rank, 1 a Goldenboy, they would both make millions. But no, egos stop that from happening.

Easy way to improve boxing.

1 recognised governing body, who make the fights. Can still have promoters, but they should not be involved in match making.

Get in. And don't worry (not that you really are ) Mayweather fighting in Wembley would be a bigger shock than Amir going the full distance with him!

Outside of the heavyweight division, it's pretty good time to be a boxing fan IMO.

Kell Brook vs Schenchenko tomorrow night.

Should be a decent fight, Brook needs a big name on his record IMO, otherwise he could fade. Wins this one for me though, and quite comfertably either late stoppage or points.

Think if he does win this he could fight the winner of Mallignagi Vs Judah to put himself in the top level of Welters. Titles are great, but he isnt getting a shot at Mayweather yet, Bradley is a maybe but can see him staying with the Top Rank contingent and dont think a fight will ever take place against Alexander now.

Also Callum Smith back in action. Kid has all the quality in the word, but needs rounds under his belt.

Callum Smith looking really, really good.

Future World Champion.

Haha Stevie Wonder on the judges panel in the Rose fight, in what world did he win that fight by 117-111?!!

Classic homer dodgy decision that was.

117-111 Rose wut.

He should have been penalised for his Klitschko pushing down, that was balls.
Super Dog Man
26-10-2013
I know he is the home fighter, but no way did Rose win that fight. Lost all but 4 rounds IMO.

Boxing judges, best in the world 😔

Joshua up next, can see a devastating KO win. Looks huge even for a HW

He was super heavy at Olympics wasn't he? He will tower over most heavies.

Nice to see a heavyweight in proper ripped shape as well, too many big slow tubby fellas in the division these days!

Tbh, if Joshua told me it was wednesday today, I wouldn't disagree with him.

Haha big bloke isn't he.

By the way, that lasted long didn't it. I like Price but Joshua is ready, would prefer some rounds under his belt but he isn't going to get them at this level.

European Level by the summer.

Yeah I think so, I don't think Hearn will make the same mistake as Maloney and rush Joshua to a level he isn't ready for yet.

And I thought Hatton had partnered with Warren? What is he doing on Sky Sports?

Wasn't one of Hattons fighters on earlier?

Joshua is ready for British level IMO. English level won't test him but European right now might be too much.

Don't want him to stagnate either, so these early fights are very important.

I thought he might have had exclusivity with Box Nation, I guess not.

Early stoppage for Brook, not really unexpected against an opponent even Malignaggi stopped. You know when that happens there are problems.

Wilder and Hopkins later tonight.

No more mucking about for Brook now, he's been about 1 fight away from a world title fight for about 2 years!

Should be stepping in the ring for a belt next time out, whether its against Alexander or not I'm not sure as he didn't seem to fancy that fight first time round.

Brook V Khan would be a good fight actually, not gonna happen till Mayweather hands Kahn his backside on a plate though!
Jimmy_McNulty
26-10-2013
Khan has said in the past that he wanted to retire early and not go into his 30s still fighting, if he fought FMJ he would get his wish.

As time goes by I feel like Brook and Khan need each other more and more, I think it's a fight that should be made sooner rather than later because neither of these 2 cause the top fighters too many problems.

Just saw the Brook fight.

Easy win in the end, but if he leaves his chin out like that against the best it's all over.

Needs to sharpen up in defence, has everything else to make a world champ.

I'd love to see Arreola vs Wilder, that would be an hilarious fight for all of the 1 round that it would last.

****ing TR vs GBP dispute.

That was unexpectedly entertaining.
