Does Pascal wear glasses? I was watching his eyes for a couple of rounds and they seemed very unfocused and he was blinking a lot. Some of his behaviour was strange.

Khan doesn't want a fight before Mayweather in case he loses and his biggest ever pay day goes up in smoke. As for a Khan-Maidana rematch, Maidana has a belt and Khan does not so Khan has no leverage in deciding if they will fight again. Maidana v Brook seems more interesting to me right now.

Froch V Groves Part 2 will happen. A rematch has been ordered within 90 days (Not sure if it will just be for the IBF title as it's the IBF that ordered the rematch)

That's good, as there needs to be closure between these two.

My only question is, which governing body has ordered this?

Froch holds two world titles & could easily do a Riddick Bowe & dump one of those belts in a bin, rather than fight his biggest nemesis.

I think we are going to get a game of chess between Froch & Groves (and management) in the coming months which will no doubt lead to a big money bout in the UK where Groves becomes the good guy and Froch for once in his career is the fall guy ... to be fair he did seem to take the role of panto villian in his stride last time.

For Froch it should be a no brainer because I am pretty sure a half decent show from him (even in defeat) will lead to one final massive pay day in a return ... unless he has something better lined up.

This would be one of the most anticipated fights in UK history but whether any of them actually have the stomach for it seems to be a whole different matter.

After crying for a rematch, why did Groves turn Foch down this week? If he's so certain of winning a rematch he could accept a lower offer now as he'll be able to dictate terms once he's champion.

Or is it that both of them are more worried about the money than the belt?

Because Groves isn't stupid. The IBF ordering a rematch means either Froch gives up the belt or he fights Groves who will then be entitled to 25% of the purse.

If Froch gives up the title then he loses any ounce of credibility he has as it will be a blatant duck.

That was what I was thinking also. According to froch it was a seven figure sum too, so hardly a tenner to get it back on!

Surely a seven fugure sum must be 25% of the purse?

I dont think Froch should ever have a blatant duck comment aimed in his direction, not something I think he can be accused of.

Well the could of offered him 1 mil (we don't know the number) but Groves team may look at it as being a fight which will see him bank more with the guaranteed 25%.

If froch decides to give up the belt rather than fight groves then how can it not be called a duck?

He can't argue that he would make more money fighting someone else as the groves fight is the biggest fight out there for him.

Frampton vs. Cazares at the Odyssey in April. Winner will likely get Cruz later this year for the WBC title. Big year for Carl hopefully .

great night of boxing in wales i think Joshua needs z real test the rees buckland fight OMG and selby well done

I thought Gavin Rees actually edged it against Buckland in what was a terrific fight. Both fighters gave it everything and it was good too see the respect between the two boxers.

Anthony Joshua looks like he could be the real deal but he needs a better opponent when he fights in Scotland on March 1st.

It's going to be in a football stadium, but they haven't said which one.

I'm praying it's going to be Old Trafford or Wastelands, although I don't hold out much hope as the last fight was in Manchester.

One Direction are on at Wastelands on the same night, so I doubt it'll be in Manchester, whilst England play at Wembley the night before.

Cardiff might be the best bet.

OK, I never realised that.

Sounds like Cardiff would be a decent bet, although I'd prefer somewhere a bit more central, like the Midlands; maybe Villa Park.

Froch said on East Midlands Today about wanting to fight at City Ground but judging by the size of the fight I doubt that it's going to be there.

Going by the first Froch-Groves encounter i think the fans are going to be privvy to mouthwatering fight fest.

Last time i predicted an easy win for Froch, how wrong was i.

This time - i still think Froch will win, i think he will have learned so much from that first fight.

Cant wait and hope both boxers remain injury free.

Froch Groves 2 then. Should be a good fight.

Froch will have to train harder or prepare better than last time or he will lose. But then he could over train and be shot before the fight. Tough call for him.

Groves has to avoid getting hit this time, but can't see any ref stepping in to end this fight.

Want to wait and see how they look during training before I call this one though.

As for Khan vs Mayweather the vote was a joke. Khan was always going to win it in my opinion. Just Mayweathers way of ensuring no one complains when the fight is made.

Can't see Khan lasting the distance if they do fight. And if he does Mayweather will win wide on points.

Fury & Chisora both fighting tonight & if they both win, they'll fight each other again!

I really don't see the point in that.

Fury has already beaten Chisora & Kevin Johnson, the man he is fighting tonight, so I can't see the point in Tyson fighting either man again now.

OK, Chisora has improved a bit & he's finally realised that he has to get into shape to do this boxing lark & by shape, I don't mean Michelin Man shape, but I'm just not enamoured by the prospect of him fighting Fury again.

Tyson needs to be thinking bigger than Chisora again.

I know he's been messed about by Haye for the last year, but he wants to be looking at a title shot if possible or stepping up in class to the likes of Arreola or Stiverne, or maybe even tussling with the likes of Deontay Wilder IMHO.

Floyd is playing Khan a treat. He's got him wrapped round his finger and has got right into his head before a fight has even been announced. I'm convinced they will fight but Floyd is just going to enjoy toying with him first knowing that if he gets a wound up Khan into the ring he will be easy pickings. Khan will get embroiled in a slanging war with Floyd and will end up discarding all advice and launching into a brawl where he will get badly beaten

Neither Chisora or Fury looked very good to me. Chisora has definitely improved since getting into shape, his movements was worlds better but the guy cant punch, its all cuffs and slaps and the same rinse and repeat combo, he is so boring and painful to watch. when these guys move up in class they will be exposed pretty bad, similar to the way Chisora was against Haye.

Agree 100%.

They're both beneficiaries of the fact that the HW division is so poor.

Fury is an accident waiting to happen & I just don't rate Chisora at all.

He's a game guy & he's finally learnt to get into reasonable shape, but they'll not be enough when he does step up in class.

He'll get embarrassed by Wladimir & I don't think he's even ready for the guys a level below (Arreola, Stiverne etc).
