Watch this video of Froch sparring Chris Eubank Jr in preparation for this fight. He really doesn't look good at all and Eubank bullies him all over the ring. I think Froch looks very slow and old here and he's breathing incredibly heavily.

After seeing this I'm actually putting money on Groves to win by knockout.
The more I think about it, the more I can't see anything but a Groves win. Let's not forget what happened in the first fight. Groves won almost every round and gave Froch a beating until that very controversial stoppage. Froch can make all the excuses he likes for that performance, but I really can't see how he can better it.
Froch is a very tough guy and has a good chin, but his boxing ability is very, very ordinary and he's no spring chicken. Groves is the better boxer technically, he has youth on his side and he knows he can hurt Froch and outbox him. Froch knows that too. I think Froch is really worried about the terrible start he made last time and he's going to come out aggressive as hell and walk right on to something again.
