Howard Foster shouldn't be allowed to referee.

Cheers for that. Just got in and it's a pretty good link. How did all the other fights go?

Degale knocked down Periban and the ref called the fight over, didn't even do an 8 count even though Periban was on his feet lol.

^ Cheers for that Jimmy.

In this fight Cleverely's trainer should give him a slap and tell him to stop posing. This is exactly what he was doing before Kovalev sent him to dizzy-land.

Hard to score this fight. Got 3-2 to Cleverly but could easily be the other way round.

Well done Bellew. Ragged and inaccurate but he outworked and bullied Cleverely.

I will be shocked if he doesn't win.

That was an awful fight, millennium stadium, these guys on crack?

Who would want to pay for that again.

Can't see there being much interest In a third fight at all especially after tonight, it wasn't the greatest fight, Bellew should concentrate on the next step now, which is fighting for a world title.

With any luck that shite will see the end of PPV again for a little while.

Yep, that was about as dull as boxing gets. I feel sorry for anyone who parted with money to watch that shite.

Clev barely threw a punch in anger all night and Bellew was one-paced and missed wildly with most of his shots. And why on earth do commentators constantly bang on about Bellew's supposed power like he's some kind of concussive puncher? He's NOT a big puncher!

Agreed; they talk about Bellew like he's Thomas Hearns!

A true puncher would have taken out Cleverley.

Cleverely had more than enough chances to take out Bellew as well. My god the guy is easy to hit. I agree with Glenn Mcory's analysis at the end that both fighters look shot. Cleverely still hasn't said that his right arm was injured so what made him use it so sparingly is a mystery.

Almost as much of a mystery as that numpty judge that thought Cleverely won

As for it being a boring fight, yep it wasn't great. But I thought it was more of a contest than that other over-hyped sequel of Froch v Groves.

Imo, a disappointing fight. Nathan Cleverly looks gone to me. It was as if he was fighting with two broken hands, and there was no snap or power in his punches. If that's his best or near his best, he should retire. There doesn't seem to be enough aggression or heart in his fights. Maybe it was Calzaghe's Italian streak that gave him the advantage there when he was fighting.

Bellew looks to have more power at the weight, but didn't look fast enough to be a good world champion.

Credit to both fighters though, they gave everything, and boxing is arguably the toughest sport there is

Imo both fighters should forget about fighting Carl Froch, and concentrate on what would be a very good domestic clash.

Froch has his heart set on a big fight in Vegas and rightly so.

In the fist fight between De Gale and Groves, it was very close, and some people think that De Gale won. Since then, Groves has had big setbacks with beatings against Froch that will have knocked his confidence, and his recent victories were not against world class opponents.

On the other hand, De Gale who is now reportedly injury free has improved considerably both physically and mentally. My money would be on a De Gale victory, although it would be close and a true British classic.

Agreed, I'd say froch groves was far more exciting.

Cleverly Bellew was a bi of a stinker and even though I didn't pay for it I doubt I'd even watch a rematch.

Off to the Del Boy v Fury fight this weekend, think Del Boy could win it as his punching has improved and Fury doesn't have the best chin.

More excited by Eubank jr v Billy Joe Saunders, think it'll be a cracker and can see Eubank jr winning it in 6.

Yep, it really was. Can't see any hope of a rematch being of interest, certainly not Box Office!

Chris Eubank Jnr on tv?
