I thought Skype had a deal with 3 but i just found it on the Android Market and i'm on T-Mobile? when did this change or was a mistaken about the exclusive deal?
In he UK, I thought that Skype was available for handsets. Other than a 3G deal. ?? Maybe they started out that way but then switched to cover all networks?

I think your right.
I have iPhone 3GS on Orange and can use Skype fine, and my brother has iPhone on O2 and can also use it fine
the 3 network does Skype to Skype free throught its own network. Other networks will do it via your web allowance. If however you use your mobile with wifi it is the same as using your own computer.
ok ok i know im not in the UK but i think the same rules apply:
if your using it via wi-fi theres no issue, if your using it within your data plan then theres no problem if you dont use loads of data by being on it all the time.
Skype recently added the app to the market for everyone to use, which means its just another app on the market like all others. Wifi = Free - 3G = Data allowance
