O2 Roaming Charges, is this right?
I have recently been on holiday to thailand and i used my iphone which is on an o2 simplicity 12month contract (1600 txts, 800mins, fre data).
I have just checked my online bill and im shocked to see that all 95 sms i sent whilst in thailand, either to UK numbers, Aus number and Thai numbers have not been charged, they have all come out of my free allowance? Obviously im very happy at this, but i aint sure if this is an error or if this is a benefit of my contract? Can anyone confirm this for me? If i go back abroad, and i know sms are free, i will use more phone more. Thanks in advance. |

That's right.
If you're on any one of o2's older tariffs, then every text you send abroad is equal to 4 free texts from your allowance. 95 roaming texts = 380 free texts from your allowance. |

When i was in Thailand and i sent a txt to the same person it was free??!! |
