Apps on iphone that i had on Android help please

I had some paid Apps on my old Android mobile that are on iphone and wanted to know would i need to pay for them again even if i paid for them when i was on Android?

I will be using the same number and sim that i had in Android mobile.

Yes, you will have to buy them again.

Imagine owning an Xbox 360 with COD BlackOps. You decide one day that you want a better console so you sell the Xbox 360 and instead buy a PS3. You wouldn't expect the store to just give you a copy of COD BlackOps because you'd bought it in the past would you?

Some developers may consider it but I highly doubt it.
