I have suggested on twitter that Aiden do a Jarvis Cocker style stage invasion but he hasn't responded...yet!
If anyone videos the point where Matt gives Aiden a shout out (and it's so inevitable I haven't even said "if") I will squeeeeee from the comfort of my sofa watching it.
I can't believe my Maiden obsession is still this strong, I must go into rehab eventually.

Ah, I am actually a (reasonably new) member there but I've seen the phrase all over the place (tumblr, twitter, here) so wasn't sure where it started.

I'm not entirely sure but it's the first place I saw it; they used to use it a lot in the comments when the comm was still in its early days.

a) has an entirely blank journal because I don't write I just read;
b) has joined the party way late;
c) has therefore devoured the content at a serious rate of knots because I have a year of stuff to catch up on; and
d) leaves ridiculous comments because I'm new and don't understand how anything works yet or what the etiquette is!
Until yesterday I also had no friends, because I don't think it's fair to ask anyone to be friends and then not actually write anything for them to read but a fellow DS and Twitter friend let me be friends with her to take me off zero

Letters is out today and for at least the next week, I shall be playing "which songs are about Aiden?" The inevitable eventual answer will be "all of them" but please feel free to join me in this wonderful game until we reach that conclusion

Maiden were in the studio together yesterday, along with Aiden's guitarist Steve. There is therefore an outside chance that the legendary, the stuff of myth, the much vaunted Maiden duet may eventually see the light of day.
