Just felt the need to resurrect this thread - the bromance cannot die!

Also, Matt's amazing words about Aiden, Katie and the show (linked to in both Matt and Aiden's threads) mean this thread definitely deserves a bump!

I saw these articles. I thought it was such a great testament to the bromance that Matt felt the need to speak out against the show in support his friend, and even slate the actions of Lord Cowell.

I love that he’s not toeing the official party line, and calling it as he sees it; Katie was kept for column inches, and to keep X Factor in the headlines, not for talent, vocal ability or (as the boos prove when Aiden was sent home) general public likeability.

Am hoping for some Aiden love in Matt's video diary this week...am sure there'll be some. Possibly an answer to Aiden's marriage proposal in his Au Revoir video maybe...

It's like they've known each other for years, they seem to have gotten very close very quickly - guess it's a pretty intense (sorry for using the word intense!) situation to be in and close friendships (and bromances) form fast in those situations.
