Have had no problems with series timer recording on this freesat recorder until BBC HD channel arrived. My wife is up in arms when she was unable to select the whole of "The Apprentice" series on BBC HD (ch 108) under the series time rec option. The only selectable option is the single timer record. Hope I remember to select it again next week!! Where have I (we) gone wrong?

Haven't got an 850 myself, but have other Panny kit and typically when new channels are added, moved or deleted it is necessary to do a manual retune if it has not been done automatically and redo any settings for programme record.

Suggest you do a full retune, then see if all OK.
