Judge Dredd and Batman

or

Judge Dredd and Johnny Alpha

Technically of course Dredd would arrest or try to any superhero he saw as he did the first time he saw both Batman and Johnny Alpha

I take your point about Anderson but I thought you meant characters who only occasionally teamed up.

This reminded me of a funny story. Many years ago, I worked for a shop called Nostalgia & Comics, in Birmingham. In those days, some of what the shop carried as stock was privately imported. One day, we got a call from UK Customs informing us that they had impounded our consignment of gay porn! Naturally, as a comic shop, were were rather confused by this, and asked them for details. When they told us the title of the magazine, we asked them to look in the box.... and sure enough, it was Powerman and Ironfist.

Definitely Luke and the Fist for me-I used to love that book, it was so funny! Sadly, Luke Cage seems to have become a rather cliched grim'n gritty character since losing the Power Man name.

I was working there around 1978, when the shop was split into two, one building under the Hurst Street subway, the other just outside the road..A long, long time ago.

I much prefer Luke cage with his sideburns and yellow shirt...could never get around Iron fist's slippers and leggings though

You might like to check out the JD+B one involving the Ventriloquist. Art isn't a patch(?) on JoG, but an enjoyable story.

There is a 3rd involving the Riddler. But I'd avoid that. They change artists 1/2 way through and that just ruined it for me.

If we can put our least fav couplings, then mine is Batman (Dick Grayson) and Robin (Dameon aka Bruce Wayne Jnr).

- I can't stand Dameon, hate hate hate him.
