Why did Alex bring back Sandeesh into the Boardroom when this week she was one the strongest out of the team and did very well out the task

Did Alex bring her back for revenge from last week when Pamola and Sandessh ganged up on him, if was for that reason it had backfired on him big time imo

Sugar was also wrong - it's not his position to judge on the reasons why Alex brought her back so I don't see how that should be her get out of jail card!

I don't see why he was so sure that Sandeesh shouldn't be in the boardroom.

Even Karren said she contributed the least.

To be honest, I was actually surprised that Sandeesh received such praise for that pitch. It wasn't terrible, but for me it was the same as a lot of things about Sandeesh - competent and good enough, but nothing that sets the world on fire. I personally found her pitch rather uninspiring. And in the previous two boardrooms, I've always been left surprised that she didn't go.

This time, though, I don't think she deserved to be in the boardroom - not because of any brilliance on her part, but because Laura was worse. The latter was rightfully labelled the one who got away this week. In fairness to her though, Chris was also "stock lucky" to not get fired, despite his previous successes (which I don't really rate highly anyway, imo).

To be honest, it didn't matter to me who went in the boardroom as long as Alex was the one to be fired.

Laura said throughout the episode she wanted more to do but Alex wouldn't give her anything so what's she suppose to do when he's the PM?

She also told him that a child in the advert isn't a good idea and Alan said "it's a no go" to that, too. She gave her thoughts on every bad decision made and I agreed with her 100% every time but nobody on the team listened to her - or should I say Alex?

I know Karren says Sandeesh didn't do much on this task but what was there left to do except the presentation? Not much. Stuart barely did a thing, either, apart from the voice over (that's all we seen him do on screen, anyway).

It all came down to Alex and his decisions. I'm glad Laura wasn't brought back because it may have been her being fired instead and it would've been undeserved.

Alan Sugar keeps saying that he doesn't rate Sandeesh but he has had 3 chances to fire her now and has let her stay Personally i find her inoffensive so don't mind her staying. I was glad Alex went, really he wasn't a bad guy but that voice! it was sooo annoying

.
as I've said on a previous post - nobody listens to her because she makes her point like a petulant child

if she stopped stamping her feet and crying people might start to listen

He thought she was an easy target.

Big mistake there and showed his true colours.

Interesting how annoyed Sugar gets at people trying to bring people in who they think are on Sugar's waiting list to be fire, I don't remember this issue in the past

He doesn't like being played or thinking he may be being played - possibly some sort of insecurity issue as in "no one is going to make a fool out of me". He may think Michelle pushed all his right buttons, Katie had him hooked and he seemed uneasy with the way Kate could read him and was articulate enough to always say something acceptable to him.

He's inconsistent though as he practically tells people who to bring back in and then objects when like Paloma they repeat his own argument that he has just run minutes before. He also pushes PMs to say why they brought other people in and then objects to them reaching a conclusion. He's told people in both this and past series that they have brought in the wrong people too - so its no wonder the candidates are confused.

Dont know why he brought Sandeesh back, because if he had brought Laura in to the BR, he may have survived.

Alex should also have learnt his lesson from Paloma, and kept his lip buttoned

Alex made a series of monumental mistakes in the boardroom.

Firstly, the choice of Sandeesh and not Laura was obviously a poor choice and clearly was a factor in Lord Sugar's decision.

Secondly, he tried to pin the blame on Chris and tried to goad him. Extremely poor tactics on his part. Chris is streets ahead of Alex and even if he made one mistake he is one of the favourites for the crown.

Alex SHOULD have brought Laura back in instead of Sandeesh and also brought Chris in BUT not focused on Chris and focused on the problems caused by LAURA. Then he would not have forced Chris into making the situation clear to Lord Sugar(it was Chris who showed Lord Sugar where the main errors lay)

I disagree. He doesn't like anyone doing his job for him or deciding for him who he should fire. By the same turn, it's not down to him to criticise who the PM brings in or base his decision on that (I'm not firing you because you shouldn't be in here), he should be basing it on the 3 in front of him rather than anything else.

Indeed, it was a repeat of the same underhand tactic Paloma tried to use last week - and again, it failed.

Lord Sugar's no fool. With his experience, he's seen all these games before.

It is his position to judge - he's the boss after all.

I was left after You're Fired that this week the editing of The Apprentice had left us with a misleading impression of what happened on the task. Based on what we saw, Laura seemed the right person to bring in. However, Alex was adamant on YF that Laura had done lots of useful work that we never saw and that Sandeesh did little but the pitch, and contributed less to that than we were led to think.

If that's so, then perhaps bringing Sandeesh in made sense to Alex at the time, as he genuinely thought she contributed least (an opinion clearly shared by Karren)
