Being willing to put out an ad that says women are happy to do all the cleaning whilst hubby sits back and waits for her to finish. That's what was obvious to me from the women in the winning team.............i.e. Stepford Wives.

While the advert was appallingly sexist, that's not quite the advert they made. In the version they filmed, the husband was putting the child to bed while the wife cleaned up. That wasn't in the finished product as they cut that part of it for time, but the advert the girls were happy making wasn't quite as bad as the finished product. It did show a division of labour.

...and the implication was that the missus was going to finish hubby after she had finished the cleaning......I am amazed that team won...

They didn't win because the implications of the advert were worthy, they won because they had an 8-way split screen outlining the different things the product could clean while the other team chose a name that highlighted killing germs and an advert that highlighted cleaning gravy.

I wouldn't say "very adept". The first time she led, she lost, because she let a sub-team run amock. The second time, she won, but mainly because she had by far the strongest candidates on her team (including Raef and the two finalists, Claire and Lee).

That said, she was OK and Laura was worse; actively bad. I'm no fan of Laura. However, by the end of the 4th series I had come to the conclusion that Lucinda was poisonous, knowingly passive-aggressive and manipulative, so I'd rather work with Laura. Laura whinged in private too much, but with the right team she could be valuable.
