I think the judges made a bit of a mistake the week Ann danced the Paso and did attempt to learn proper steps.

Had they given her more credit for that, it might have motivated her to keep trying and learning to dance properly. Instead, I think Ann got the hump and decided it wasn't worth bothering if her efforts weren't going to be recognised.

They never seem to focus on the positives.

Even, 'Ann you have the steps it's just the timing you need to master now' would have helped,so I can understand her thinking why bother.
