I have 5 BT cordless phones.
Just recently 2 of them will not connect when answered.
When answered they stop ringing even though I can still hear the others ringing, but I cannot hear the caller.
I can still use them to make outgoing calls.
Any ideas?
Ray.

The first thing to try is to remove the batteries long enough for the display to drop out.

Do you have more than 1 base unit plugged into the phone line? are these connecting to a diffent base unit to the three that answer? could you remove these two from the system and re-install them. (see your dect connection part of the handbook)

Thanks Tony.
I only have 1 base unit.
I had battery problems when I first had the phones but replaced the cheap Chinese batteries with Duracell re-chargeable and every thing has been fine until recently.
The earlier problems were handsets not holding the charge but this is different. I have tried swapping the phones around but it is the same ones that are playing up.
The current batteries have been in use for about 12 months.
Ray.
