Here is what I think of the remaining candidates in the order I think they'll get fired.

Sandeesh - too quiet, too many questions rased about her, too many times in the boardroom, I think Lord Sugar has doubts about her and will make her project manager next week which she'll fail miserably because I don't see her having any leadership qualities. She will be fired next week.

Laura - don't see how she can win. When she's project manager she complains about the team being uncontrollable, which shows her weakness as a leader, and when she's not project manager she complains about not being given the opportunity. Too many excuses and LS doesn't like excuses, she will go the week after.

Johanna - too mouthy and too arrogant. She bulldozed her stupid book-stand idea on the beach task and wouldn't listen to anyone else. It also looks like LS has a zero tolerance policy to the bad-attitudes this year. She'll be brought back to the dairy room week 9 and like Melissa and Paloma she'll talk her way out of the door.

Stuart - reminds me of alex for some reason, and the guys comes out with some strange things. Talking about dead babies to a manufacturer of baby safety products. Then saying the shocking looking cleaning product would get customers by standing out the same way that ugly guys get girls by standing out. At least I know next time I'm going to a club I'm going with wear a red and black suit with shades and i'll try to look a little like posh spice. He'll go week 10.

Christopher - dude has some scary eyes! Seriously he looks like a serial killer and did anyone notice he made that model very uncomfortable in the advertising task? It's quite disturbing added to the fact theres rumours of wifebeating and firearm offences. He ran a good military operation in the bread-making task but he showed last week he lacks creativity and I think he'll get fired week 11 either for lack of creatiity or for poisoning another housemate.

Contenders

Chris - did a good job as project manager and was very calm in the boardroom making Alex look like an idiot. he has a lot of wins under his belt and if theres four in the final this year, i think he'll make the final.

Stella - did a good job as project manager in the beach task, took one for the team by wearing a bikini under the eye of learing nick and has never been brought back to the boardroom, i don't think she'll win but she'll make the final

Jamie - his failure as a project manager on the selling to trade task was largey due to Melissa's "enthusiasm" and Stuart's "dead baby" charm. However he did get massive orders and only lost because of the monumental prentend orders on the other team.

Liz - The eventual winner of Appentice series six. Got amazing orders in the selling to trade task, won the fashion task. Good interpersonal skills will she her to victory.

Tbh none of them have really made much impression on me yet. I am finding it hard to get into this year, its all a bit meh:sleep: i think Liz and Stella might be the finalists and one of them will win.

Sandessh - Too quite, and dosent do much in the task, I agree with ESPIONdansant that she might be a good workier, but she wont win, or I dotn think will be around much longer.

Stu - Hes okay, hasent done anything really, quite funny sometimes, but he needs to show what he can do as project manger. I think hes carmed down since the start as well.

Joanne - Like stu, is not as bad as she was at the start, shes okay, I can see her making the interviews or being fired jsut before them.

Jamie - I dont know what to think of him really, hes too quite, but I like how he dosent agree with an item but still goes ahead with it. I think Interviews for him.

Liz - Over rated in my view, too quiet and wasent that good off a project manger, I think she will make final though, shame really.

Stella - Also over rated, she did a good job as project manger in week 2, but what has she done since then? Saying that she hasent said one word since week 2. Too quiet and like Liz I cant see any passion in her. She will make interviews/Final

Chris - I think hes the best one out of them all, he was a good project manger, works well in a team and has ideas. I hope he makes final and wins, but I can see him making interviews/firing before the interviews.

Christopher - Too quiet, not a good project manger and is only lucky he hasent been called back to the boardroom.

Laura - I like her for some reason, but shes one of the worst ones left. so I think she will be fired soon.

I havent done it in order what I think will happen, I hope the final 2 are chris and stu, but seeing as their over rated and boring, liz and stella will be the final 2. such a shame.

I think the strongest candidates are Stella and Jamie.

My favourite, though is Sandeesh. I really hope she gets a chance to prove herself (and that she turns out to have brains behind those big eyes!)

Laura is really weak, and ought to have gone this time around. I don't much care for Stuart either, or Joanna.

Hard to pick a winner. Noone has impressed me that much. They seem a weaker bunch than in previous years. I don't understand why Liz is such a favorite here as she seems to be lacking a personality. I think I prefer Stella and Joanna to her. The men haven't made much of an impression, so far Chris seems to be leading the pack there but creativity is not his strong point.

It all depends what the job is that Sir Sugaryness is offering this year.

Would you describe any of them as "meticulous"? Or have you heard any of them talking about themselves in that way?

Apparently M'lud flings that word back at next week's leaver just before pointing the finger at him/her.

I'm suddenly worried for Stella.

Sandeesh: Will be one of those soon to go. Yes, she seems allright and I'm sure if you ask her to do something she'll do it without much hassle. She seems to work hard and competently, but nothing she does is exceptional. Even her presentation, which she got praised for, wasn't exactly amazing. She's also been in the BR a lot, which isn't normally a good sign - coupled with the fact LordSuga dislikes her.

Christopher: I had high hopes for the man after seeing how well he did in the bakery task, but he really didn't do well as PM. I think he is a good team player, but not much of a leader. He also isn't very creative. Still like him, but he won't win.

Laura: As I have said in one of my recent threads, I think she's on borrowed time. LordSuga was clearly annoyed with her in the last BR, and clearly wanted her gone. I almost feel a bit sorry for her. She'll have to really impress soon if she wants to stay - but I doubt that will happen.

Chris B: I still personally do not like or rate him as a candidate, but Sugar seems to like him, so I imagine he'll stay a while. Still, I would be very surprised if he ended up winning.

Jamie: Still quite like him, but he seems to be slipping under the radar. I would like to see him step a bit more - I believed early on he had potential.

Joanna: Has a lot of common sense, and seems to be learning from her mistakes in task 2. Will she win? It's hard to say. As with Jamie, she needs to do a bit more.

Stella: Same as the previous two - like her and would like her to win, but she hasn;t been doing much lately - other than showing off her modelling skills. Hopefully she'll get the opportunity to show her full ability.

Liz: Another potential winner - although her first performance as PM left a lot to be desired.

And StuBaggs: Serves only to entertain, talks the loudest and is in fact one of the weakest candidates left. Won't win.

Right, in alphabetical order...

CHRIS - He's not going to set the world alight, but he's a clever bloke. Not all his ideas are brilliant, and not all his pitches are slick, but he's solid and dependable all round. Also holds his own well in the boardroom. Good head on his shoulders. I approve.

CHRISTOPHER - I've not actually seen him do very much. This is the first week he's done anything noteworthy, aside from getting that factory into order, and it was a fairly ardent failure. Think the only reason his team got the slide is that Lord Sugar had a double-firing in his eyes. Wanted to oust Alex and Laura in one fell swoop - probably part of the reason why he was so adamant that Sandeesh was the wrong person to bring back. Right now, don't rate Christopher very highly.

JAMIE - I liked him when he was constantly sparring with Melissa, but that's more because I dislike Melissa than due to any particular fondness for Jamie. He's neither good nor bad, a little bit of a passenger but he's made his presence known, generally for better rather than for worse. He's fairly inoffensive, just pootering along.

JOANNA - Good! I didn't like her at all in week 2, but then I didn't really like anyone in week 2. Since then she's been significantly less evil, and actually comes across as a fairly clever lass. Approve of her right now.

LAURA - Can see her redeeming herself, but I think she only very narrowly avoided the knife this week. If Alex had brought her back, they'd both have gone. That said, I was really impressed with her performance this week, for the first time in the game. Thought she was petty and mopey for the first five, but she's clearly making an effort now and I think it's working. Might be too little too late, though. Still not one of the contenders, and she's still going out long before interviews. I think Lord Sugar's already made up his mind.

LIZ - For some reason, I don't quite trust her. "Trust"'s the wrong word, but she strikes me as a bit of a Kate. A little bit too robotic. Uncanny valley, almost. I'm not entirely sure I've seen her display any strengths other than sales - she just presents well. I could be wrong, she could have a really good business mind on her, but I think she might be all dazzling exterior. That said, she's also not put a foot out of line yet, so I'm completely neutral.

SANDEESH - She doesn't do anything. I don't know, I've never seen her say "I want to grab the reigns here," or "I want the responsibility for this bit," or "I think I'd be really good at x and y," or "I've got an idea." She just sits around sniping. That said, I'm liking her slightly more week-on-week now that she doesn't seem to be the centre of so many arguments. Still a frowny face, but she used to be a three-frowner. So that's good.

STELLA - Stellar. She does seem to be going a wee bit mental, so I've had to knock her down a smiley-face, but she's clearly clever, she's clearly well-organised, she's clearly got charisma, and she's clearly got substance. She's not an expert at everything, necessarily, but she'll give it all a go. Would be surprised if she didn't make it to the final.

STUART - My personal favourite. I actually think he's a fantastically shrewd businessman. Overexcitable at times - and he does get a wee bit carried away - but his instincts are always right. Every single time. He's not quite learnt the right way to express himself, which cost them the babyglo, but his criticism of it was absolutely spot on, while everyone else was fawning over it. He was right about the weird upcycled clothing. He got the radio ad spot on. Other than the first week, when I thought he was loathesome, I've yet to disagree with him once. Think he's a bit like Debra from last series, except five times more charismatic, twice as naturally savvy, and barely a quarter as mean. Wonderful candidate. I can see him potentially getting himself fired by doing something stupid, but I hope he goes the whole way.

I am not getting all the love for Liz. She's been competent so far, but I can see her cocking up in the next few weeks and being a shock firing.. maybe on the last task before the interviews... I just think it's too obvious that she'll get to the final. She seems a bit too perfect so far and there seems to be no room for improvement when it comes to her... there's no edge to her and she doesn't come across as totally genuine in my opinion.

I think Joanna and Stella come across as being more down to earth. Joanna in particular, is a lot more ballsy and determined. She may be confrontational at times but she gets her point across and you get the sense that you can trust Joanna and Stella to get the job done.

I don't find Sandeesh very inspiring... she seems good at doing work behind the scenes, then coming into the boardroom and shifting all the blame onto somebody else. However, I have a real soft spot for Laura. I think she has big potential.. she just needs to be put on the right path and taken in the right direction and Lord Sugar could be the man to do that job, if he chooses to hire her. She's a hard worker, a grafter ... she just struggles to be heard over the bigger personalities. If she learnt to be more assertive, then she'd make a good leader. Unlike Liz, there's room for improvement with her and we could see her grow as a business woman.

I don't have much of an opinion on Stuart and Chris, but I think they'll both make the interview stages. Stuart can improve on the way he expresses himself. Jamie seems like a genuinely nice guy, but I can see him falling at the final hurdle... I think he'll be out of his depth in the coming weeks and Lord Sugar will see that he's not cut out for the 'cut throat world' of business as it were.

Christopher will be fired soon, I think... he was team leader last night of such an appalling product, with a terrible and dated execution. He can be assertive, like he shown in the bread task but that can get you only so far. I don't think he's what Lord Sugar is looking for.

My prediction of the order of firings:

The final five who will be interviewed: Stella, Joanna, Laura, Chris and Stuart.

I predict a Stella and Stuart final, but I'd love to see Laura and Joanna battling it out to be hired as they're both my favourites.

Interestingly, many people were fans of Kate last year, but seem to think that Liz is merely competent

Add to the fact that Liz had got the highest sales ever in Apprentice history and that she is clearly a less robotic version of Kate, it is even more baffling (can´t put it down to female jealousy, as both women would suffer from that).

If Liz would be fired before the interview round then it would become the greatest shock in Apprentice history.

I had the same feeling towards Kate last year. She was good, but there seemed to be no edge to her and there was not much room to see her grow as a candidate. I like to see candidates improve and get better at what they do as the show progresses e.g. Debra last year. She had an attitude problem at the start and struggled to express herself, but as the series progressed we witnessec her become more of a mature business woman.

I just think Lord Sugar would find it harder to incorporate Liz into his organisation. With Laura, she can go on a journey and Lord Sugar would find it easier to mould her into something that he'll find useful. I think the potential is there with Laura, similar to Debra last year.

Laura is one of the worst candidates left in the series

One word: Exclusivity

Sandeesh - does naff all, quite good at defending herself which I've noticed is an attribute of people who are lazy

Laura - the weakest by far, petulant, neurotic and whiny. Will never be taken seriously but would quite like to see her get to the interviews because that will be a sight to see.

Johanna - quite like her

Stuart - knob'ead but funny, definitely want to see him interviewed

Christopher - horrible, sleazy, telling Stella to 'take one for the team' by getting her kit off in week 2 and haven't forgiven him

Chris - don't think he actually does that much but talks a good talk. Boring voice

Stella - silent assassin, final contender

Jamie - hmm don't know, keep changing my mind

Yeah, and if she gets the job she is bound to be pregnant within the year (thought her underwear flashing last week suggested bimbo tendencies) just like the two female winners before her. Think Lord Sugar might pick a man this year. My money's on Jamie.

When was this When you saw her bra strap when she was in the changing rooms (caught by a cheeky cameraman)? One could hardly call that an underwear scene.

Mind you, going by your logic he should never hire a woman (funny enough Lord Sugar does believe that pregnancy should be a subject when interviewing a female candidate for a job, see the Fiona Bruce documentary a few years back).

Also, I would hope you'd be more intelligent then to put it down to that tired, erroneous argument.

There were 2 that were described as meticulous with the figures in the very first task and those 2 were Stella and Liz - I too fear for Stella next week - she is my favourite. I also see Liz as a little 'too good to be true'.

I'm not keen on Chris, Stuart or Jamie (get the impression he is a little smug) - Christopher seemed ok but after this week, he is also a bit too robotic to catch LS's eye for long.

Of the girls apart from Stella and Liz, Sandeesh is fine but she won't win. Laura already had LS's disapproval so likewise (although he capable of a volte face as seen with bulldog Claire).

I think the real outsider is Joanna - the reason? She has the bolshiness and tenacity he likes, plus she has no formal qualifications, is not an investment banker etc but has worked her way up to be a successful business owner - I think that is what LS likes?

Stella - she is my favourite. Kind of ballsy and blunt but very competent. She seems to just get on with her task and ignores any other distractions, which makes her a better team leader than team player I think.

Sandeesh - a bit too laid-back perhaps, except for when she's challenged. Don't think she's very pro-active.

Liz - she makes a good team leader, but she's a bit too nicey-nice for me. No raw passion, similar to Kate, I feel like she is a bit superficial and that a computerized mannequin could take her place.

Jamie - I think he is the most dynamic of the men, and will go the farthest of them. A bit cocky and pig-headed though.

Chris - he certainly didn't make a good impression on me towards the start. He couldn't handle criticism and was far too defensive. Slowly though, I think he's realizing that he can't be competitive with the other candidates all the time, he has to shine as an individual aswell. Which I think he is concentrating on doing more recently.

Stuart - he's a bit of a wannabe, but his energy and enthusiasm is good. Plus he is calming down the more negative aspects to his character.

Christopher - first impressions of him on the show (ignoring the negative press ) were quite positive. But he's getting a bit too big for his boots I think. Seems overly stubborn and proud.

Laura - I like her spirit, but I feel like she's always looking for or expecting drama, so she goes on the defensive way too much. She needs to calm down a bit and ignore all the in-fighting within her team.

Joanna - seems very bright and switched on, but is far too aggressive and scowly when voicing her opnion.

My thoughts exactly. I am worried too. I think LS thought highly of Stella but somehow she has let him down. Hope I'm wrong

Here's my non-prediction:

9: Sandeesh — Incompetent, lazy, and poisonous. She must go. I pity anyone who ever employs her. (And I'd be surprised if Lord Sugar described her as meticulous at doing anything other than covering her proverbial.)
8: Chris — Seems only to be good at railroading things through, regardless of sense or the lack thereof. Unfortunately, I doubt he'll ever learn the judgment to do any better, as it would involve acquiring a sort of intelligence he simply doesn't seem to have.
7: Christopher — What a ghastly sleazebag! He would probably be quite effective in an all-male environment, but even there there would be a line between professionalism and unprofessionalism that I'm not sure he'd be the right side of.
6: Liz — A complete non-entity. But she did look good in that dress.
5: Joanna — Basically good, but utterly irritating. She'd be a good person to assign to run some distant outpost.
4: Jamie — Effective, but there's something missing that I can't quite put my finger on.
3: Laura — Very sound judgment, but doesn't seem to be very good at dealing with people who just don't get it. She clearly should therefore do much better in the latter stages of the competition than she has so far.
2: Stuart — Has a lot of growing up to do, and to be fair, has already made quite a good start on it. He could be phenomenal.
1: Stella — Clearly the best, which almost certainly means she won't win.

Sandeesh: No idea how good she is because she's never led or decided or been in a position to show real inspiration - recently because Sugar hasn't let her lead. Seems smart and spots the right issues. Pretty, quiet, smart, female and able to spot the right issues, often isn't a good combination in Sugar's world..

Laura: Smart too. Sugar has developed one of his irrational dislikes of her though. He has a classic aversion to females who point out whats wrong. Lets see her lead again and see what she can do herself.

Chris bland, dull, makes mistakes but tries and has flashes of intelligence like spotting when you can't offer exclusivity..

Christopher competent, hard worker. Good man to have in a fight but not giving the orders where and when and how to enagage.

Jamie: meh.

Joanna: not that bright but had one good PM win and other rare good moments. May appeal to him on journey story and self made woman angle - but she's nothing like a Claire or Debra in ability terms and Michelle had achieved far more. Has kept out of trouble with arguing recently but can she keep it up?

Stella: very competent and can lead, good at spotting issues too but no great flashs of brilliance yet there either. Has a journey story if needed.

Liz: Up aginst his aversion to beautiful, very smart females and particularly ones that are smarter than him. Some people instinctively just don't trust people who are brighter than them and can always say the right thing to them. Doing well - presents well, good on detail, leads well, won as PM and made the right business moves to counter the other team's advertising coup by negotiating reduced prices. Needs to show she can sell and probably needs another example of good business savvy.

Stuart Baggs: Mostly hot air, though becoming more useful. Catastrophic fail over the babyglow. Blokeyness may appeal to Nick and his Lordchip

All to play for in Sugarland - Lee won and an awful lot of far more capable people haven't.

Sandeesh - nice but dim. Very weak candidate.

Laura - needs to stop moaning and take control. Has potential if directly correctly.

Chris - lacks a spark. Dull monotonous voice could be recorded for people who suffer with insomnia.

Christopher - organised and competent but lacks personality.

Jamie - abit wet but has potential. He is calm and treats people with respect; could reach the final.

Joanna - poor interpersonal skills could be her downfall otherwise could be a strong candidate.

Stella - strong and in control. Could be a winner.

Liz - comes across as strong but i can't see her winning this.

Stuart - i put his rudeness down to his immaturity. Has potenial if he can gain control over his mouth.

Jamie - Has shown some sales' abilities but suffers chronic foot in mouth syndrome eg 'Mancunians are two years behind Londoners'. Can't see him winning after making these statements on TV.

Chris - Probably the best all-rounder of the men. 23 going on 40 and probably a finalist

Liz - Made a few mistakes as winning PM, solid performer but needs to show more raw talent. Good presenter, builds rapport well, sells well, could be there at the end.

Sandeesh - talks sense but has been quiet. One good performance as PM and she could be in the mix. One bad performance and she's a goner

Stuart Brand - Potential, if not apprentice winner he could end up on radio as replacement for Russell Brand now he's in USA. Arrogant & very annoying, bit like Russell, possibly slightly funnier though.

Christopher - Did well to win as PM against marketing experts but mistakes made. Doesn't have enough in the tank to win

Joanna - Best of the girls. Think she may win it.

Stella - Solid but unspectacular. Hasn't really done much since leading the chaps to a win in week 2

Laura - Useless and surely has to go soon!
