Liz: Up aginst his aversion to beautiful, very smart females and particularly ones that are smarter than him.
This is tiresome, feminist nonsense. Are you forgetting he hired the attractive, competent, intelligent Michelle in series two?

(And I'm female, by the way.)

3: Laura — Very sound judgment, but doesn't seem to be very good at dealing with people who just don't get it. She clearly should therefore do much better in the latter stages of the competition than she has so far.
Well, that certainly puts a new spin to it

Especially loved the way she attacked Liz and Stella in the house at the end of the episode

Sandeesh - can be negative, probably someone who gets on with what's given to her but doesn't really push herself forward. I like her in spite of myself, but she won't go much further.

Laura - a crybaby. Won't last long either.

Joanna - I think she's very capable. She's been pretty good in most tasks. Probably a bit too gobby for Sugar though. I'd be surprised if she doesn't make the interviews, and equally surprised if she makes it past them.

Stella - we've seen very little bad from her, save for one mistake in the selling to trade task. She was a good PM in the beach task. A real contender.

Liz - seems really excellent. Probably getting too good an edit to win though; defeated finalist maybe?

Chris - done some good stuff. Possibly a contender.

Christopher - he's shown good organising skills, but not much real flair yet. Bit pervy.

Jamie - a knob.

Stuart - no fool at all, and has real promise, but probably too abrasive. Another one likely to go out in the interviews.

He hired Michelle for what were actually good reasons but he has spent every series since ruling out anyone like Michelle because he thinks she made him look silly. Add on his problem with Katie, his dislike of lawyers and advertising people and academics and his disinclination to take Debra, Claire and Ruth past the final hurdle, and he's got a very narrow range of potential female winners left - unless he snaps out of it one year.

The Strong:
Liz: has hardly put a foot wrong, and done a lot right.
Joanna: talks a lot of sense. Was criticised for being aggressive early on, which I didn't think was fair, and since then she's calmed down.
Stella: was highly rated early on. Since then has kept her head down, but without making any big mistakes so I think she's now underrated. It bothers me that she keeps getting pushed into humiliating roles.

The Middling or Unknown:
Sandeesh: I'm a fan, as she talks a lot of sense, but there is a vibe against her in the boardroom and I can't tell whether it's justified.
Stuart: I have a feeling he's about to come into his own.
Jamie: Can't say I've noticed him much but he seems OK.
Chris: Strong sales, and caught Paloma's mistake over exclusivity. Poor pitching, and poor judgement on his ad.

The Weak:
Christopher: hard worker but poor judgement. Presided over the appalling ad and I can't see him lasting much longer.
Laura: was terrible as PM, had poor judgement over exclusivity, and always seems to be in the middle of an arguments. Has good ideas but mostly just whinges about them in private.

Yes agree, but not in the way you meant
