Greenish tinge on Foxsat HD blacks
I have a Sony 46X4500 TV connected via HDMI to a Humax Foxsat HD.....
I noticed that the black on this Humax leans toward greenish. This goes for the letterbox bars, blank screen etc. Any idea what I'm talking about? Many thanks |

several hours later, I've figured it out !
I had to change a setting on the TV, so that the HDMI was set to "limited" instead of the former setting "Full RGB". I'm not sure what this means, but the black is black now. Silly me, it looks a lot better! |

Thank you Graham!
indeed the menu for this TV is very large and well stocked...but it is the standard menu, under "video" settings. Half of the things I don't understand at all...and just have to try them and see if I can discern a difference in picture or motion. At least sound I don't touch =) |
