I realise she probably has no hope in hell in winning, but I am hoping that she'll prove people wrong and maybe at least make interviews.

I think she seems like one of the more 'normal' ones and most of the time when she speaks, I agree with her. She's actually growing on me week after week. Although she really needs to prove herself very soon, or she'll be gone.

Am I alone here in hoping this?

To be fair, I am kind of looking to her as an underdog figure, though I have my doubts she has the goods to back this up, I hope that she does. I would definitely root for her over a bland robot like Liz.

I think she's hypnotised with those eyes, I really want her to do well. She's the sort of contestant that keeps quiet but when you do hear her she is speaking sense! I am really hoping she'll surprise us as project manager, dont know if she will but I am hoping!

During the product design task, Sandeesh showed some glimpses of promise.

She was happy to get her hands dirty by setting up the book stand photo shoot, and then rightly advised Laura to accept the exclusivity deal with Boots.

But she turned into a bit of a grumpy, lazy mare the following week when being managed by Shibby.

It went downhill from there, and whilst she redeemed herself a little bit last night by demonstrating her pitching skills, it's not enough to win me over.

Sandeesh just isn't very forthcoming with ideas and she only seems to do the minimum required of her. She's not a very exciting candidate. There's nothing special or outstanding about the girl.

I like the way she handles herself in the boardroom though. She stands up for herself but doesn't turn into a harpy in the process. There's an elegance and dignity about her.

I think she's quite dignified and moral - she won't trample on anyone else or lie in order to get ahead. There was that moment in the retail task when Alex(?) asked her if they should lie and pretend there was a celeb in-store to entice more people in, and she just calmly said "no, that would be a lie" or something. Her boardroom attitude has been quite good too, she conducts herself quite well.

Even with all the moaning and arguments she seemed to get herself into, I think she's at least competent and hard-working, and there's a bit of vulnerability that makes her quite likeable, although she needs to be PM and convincingly win otherwise she's out pretty soon.

I hope she does good only because she's sexy but she seems a bit of an air head.

Didn't Sandeesh lie in this week's boardroom when she claimed they told the rest of the team the colours preferred by the focus group?

We have no way of knowing. Chris backed her up, but Laura and Alex said she didn't. Perhaps it got talked over, ignored or forgotten.

I like Sandeesh. She's not done a massive amount to stand out, but she's done nothing wrong either.

Alex and Laura were in a supermarket looking at cleaning products, it doesn't take a genius to see what the 'normal' colours were. Alex deliberately wanted to go with a 'different' colour so the focus group was irrelevant.

I'm liking the pattern which ends up with her surviving yet another boardroom - PM praises Sandeesh, PM brings Sandeesh back into boardroom, bye bye PM.

Honestly Sandeesh confuses me so much, i think i know which contestants will go soon and which will make the final 4 but with Sandeesh shes hard to tell.

The girl can be fired at anytime wether its next week, the week afterwards or she might even make it into the final 4 but with Sandeesh i just can't tell how far shes gonna make it. The editors have been tricky with her compared to the other candidates.

Sandeesh comes across as a nice person but there's no spark about her. She's as dull as dish water.

I'd turn for Sandeesh

Mind you, only because Paloma got the chop - now there was some sexy forthrightwomanness - think Laura Gemser in the 70s - and what an amazing mane of hair.

I wouldn´t be surprised if we find out that she in fact a robot that Lord Sugar had made somewhere in the Middle East (who goes on to have a lucrative career in television ).

I like Sandeesh almost in spite of myself. She has been shown being negative, and she's regularly labelled the one who did least. But somehow there's something I like about her. Maybe it's the eyes.

She won't win, but I'd love it if she did.

I'm a fan of Sandeesh. I've not seen much wrong from her, and a lot that's good, including her advocating the Boots deal when others (eg Laura, Paloma) didn't, and her stomping on Alex when he wanted to claim they had a celebrity.

The problem is that she's somehow got a reputation for being lazy. If she is, it's not really made the edit.

The main thing I'd say against her is that she was very negative in the bakery task. I think her words were "I'm not doing his stupid order". Now granted, it was a stupid order, but it was made, and I think she could have tried harder to deliver what they could of it, and could have at least been less adolescent and petulant about it.

I agree the bakery had a problem. I suspect they did they right thing in concentrating on the profitable products, rather than the hotel deals which were a lot of work for not much money. The big issue was a failure to communicate. Sandeesh was a part of that. I don't know if it was wholly her fault, though: Liz was also in that bakery, for example.

I also like her a bit, she's like a bad version of Lucinda...

Won't win but does have some sense.

She's nothing like Lucinda. Lucinda was colourful and she had her vulnerable moments. Sandeesh comes off as way too defensive and boring.

She just goes off on one and says she's not doing it without much negotiation or discussion as to why and looks childish for that. She's OK though
