How much junk food do you eat in an average week. By junk food I mean chips, mcdonalds, KFC, takeways, pizza etc.

I tend to have at least 3 of those above a week at the moment. Should I feel guilty or just enjoy it?

Fruit & veg during the week? maybe no more than 2 or 3 a day. Naughty.

I treat myself to a chinese or a pizza once a month.

Hardly ever eat junk food anymore. I also eat loads of fruit and veg, but should probably eat a bit more veg than I do

I'm impressed. I would love to stick to a takeaway once a month but end up getting a few a week in periods. I don't put on weight which is good, but my general health will probably suffer.

None really as fried food goes right through me and makes me feel all bloated and lethargic so burgers, pizza and stuff just don't feature in my diet as it doesn't taste nice enough to be worth sitting on the loo for an hour afterwards.
I get food from the Chinese round the corner from me every other week, it's yum and cooked very well so I class it as a high calorie treat rather than junk.

Junk food makes me feel ill and bloated. I eat loads of fresh fruit and veg, and never buy fast food. Occasionally I'll have a small bar of dark chocolate, and I do have chips occasionally, but always oven chips (lower in fat).

We do have ostrich burgers though - very lean meat, low in fat and extremely tasty!!

Once a week, generally a friday when at home. Now that i'm at uni it is pretty much everyday. No student wants to cook, again though only at night and snacks throughout the day.

Well I saw myself on tv once and I nearly freaked out!

I've never been huuuuge but I guess everyone always looks bigger on tv so I dieted and now just restrict myself to junk food once a month. Its hard though cos I LOVE my food!

I can go weeks and weeks without any kind of take away / junk food but this week I've had MacDonalds and Pizza

Moderation is key. I probably wont eat any junk for another month or so now!

If I'm not dieting I have a takeaway curry probably every two weeks, BK/McD every three weeks, chinese one a month, plus a meal at a restaurant (usually tapas or curry) once/twice/three times a week and a dinner party once a week. When I'm dieting I cut out the takeaways and just do the dinner party and generally one restaurant a week.

I enjoy cooking and I love veg but I love junk/convenience food too.

I don't eat McDonalds or KFC, or at all, Pizza i probably have once or twice every 6 months or so!, chips i only eat if i am really hungry and there is no alternative!, i find them boring and dry to get through the large portions that they give out in the fish and chips shops!,

My biggest downfall is deserts and cakes, i love them and have one or other of them every day......

If you repeat that a few times to yourself, it might come true

Hardly ever, I don't like that sort of food no matter how cheap it is.. I make up for it by eating loads of crisps and chocolate though

That's interesting, I always find chinese food to be really greasy, more greasy than things like burgers.

Probably once every 3 months and it's normally a big mac meal. Other than that I don't touch the stuff, largely because I enjoy fruit and veg and love cooking and junk food always seems rather tasteless in comparison.

Depends what you want out of life really. Regular intake of junk food will over time take effect of your health and body shape, ultimately limiting you from doing things i.e. sports.

If your not bothered about that then no worries

I eat junk food very very rarely, mainly because the nearest takeaway is a 15 mile journey from home. You have to be desperate for a chinese to even contemplate it.

If we have to go to Halfords, we will time it right and get a MacDonalds for tea - but im talking twice a year.

We do have the fish and chip van that stops in the village once a week (unless they are on holiday) and we might have a fish supper about 5 times a year.

Think it depends on where you go, some places are awful with hideous noodles in grease. The one I use is lovely, proper home cooked Chinese food.

Yeah, to be honest, I've never had anything other than bogstandard Chinese food.
