Almost - TT pay the £100k as well for a year. After that the 'winner' would be paid by Lord Al. I'm guessing at nowhere near £100k either seeing as most seem to leave shortly after.
In fairness, his existing staff probably wouldn't be best pleased at playing underdog to a reality show winner, so the salary will drop.
Unless it's Baggs of course, who would be well worth it.
