The five couples will dancing a ballroom dance and a latin dance.

The latin round will be an Instant Dance Round. The couples will only know their latin music after they have performed their Ballroom dance.

I'm looking forward to seeing if the instant dance round goes well.

Damn, but that worked well! Loved tonight's show. Some very good dancing - Brandy and Jennifer particularly.

Also loved seeing the wonderful Joel Grey make a brief appearance. Have always rated that man. His performance in 'Cabaret' was genius.

Time Bristol went home, or that dull NFL player - or whatever it is he does. He does not have a great sensa huma and his dancing sucks! Why is he still there?

Maks is such a child! Eurghhhh! Cave man

I really enjoyed the instant dance a LOT. My favourites were Kyle and Jennifer. Loved Brandy's ballroom, but her latin was a bit dull in comparison, I thought.

I already know who's leaving because I have some of the pros and Carrieann on Twitter, but I enjoyed this week's show a lot.

I loved last night's show.
The Instant Dances were great.
It was great wasn't it? Loved it and the Instant Dances felt really fresh.

My love for Tom Bergeron grows each week, why do we have to put up with Not Dead Brucie? I gather that Tom's highly thought of in the States as well so no chance of luring him
over in an exchange deal for Len and Bruno.

Love Anna T, Derek Hough and Mark Ballas but Lacey Schwimmer not so much, I sense an attitude! I also love that they show what the pro's say to the celebs just before and after they dance.

After watching last night's pro dances I've now got quite a crush on Tony Dovolani, dancing lessons with him, hmmm - there'd be worse ways to pass an hour.

Strictly? Haven't seen a minute of ITT this week and will fast forward through the main show tomorrow.

Off to day dream about going for cocktails with the divine Tom B!

Absolutely loved the instant dancing thing.........the dances were fantastic considering......Kyle and Lacey were great and I really enjoyed Brandy and Macks despite the controversial beginning.....however I thought that Jennifer and Derek's Rumba was superb and the music just right......a fantastic show all round I thought.......I was really worried that Macks spat with Carrie Ann was going to scupper Brandy who grows on me every week.......I just want to say though.....who the heck is voting for Bristol Palin ??? if she wins this I would be furious....I can fully understand why people are voting for Kyle......he may not be the most technically proficient but he is fun to watch but Bristol is just dull.

What a great show this week - both the main and the results shows.

I can't ever see me taking a liking to Lacey or her dancing, but Kyle is just great, isn't he? Like so many heavier people, he is amazingly light on his feet, and has amazing energy. His jive was so good - if he could only learn to point his feet, it would be perfect! Hope he makes the the final.

I'm finding Jennifer really irritating now with all her whining about this hurt, that hurt etc. And, to me, her look of surprise when the judges praise her just doesn't come across as at all sincere; even so her dances are good - loved the quickstep, and she showed amazing balance in the rumba, but lacked any real hip action on the basic steps.

Brandy - didn't like her at all at the beginning of the series, but she has grown on me! Her waltz - for me - is probably the best waltz I've seen any celeb dance - it's not easy to make a waltz really stand out, but she certainly did. Her cha cha was good as well - Carrieanne went way OTT about the beginning - all she had to say was that would have liked the dance to have started quicker......

Bristol - had 2 very difficult dances this week, and has improved so much; the AT was a really good attempt, but there was too much shimmying and not enough samba-ing in the Latin!

Kurt - well, his ballroom was ok, but his cha cha was dreadful. But he tried!

The kids who danced the jive were fabulous, and so beautifully and appropriately dressed. Was it my imagination, or did one of the couples take part in the show Tween Dancing? The little girl playing the piano was clearly brilliant, but possibly more used to playing more classical pieces? And why did they dress her in such a dreadful outfit? A nice dress would have looked so much better.

Her Mother's Republican Tea Party crowd? I really hope she goes next week. A final between Jen, Brandy & Kyle would be fantastic.

Maybe Bristol is also getting votes from people who sort of relate to her; you know ....... here's a nobody (as such) trying to hold her own amongst celebrities?

But I think next week should be her last! And yes, J,B,&K for the final - with Brandy winning!

Actually the final 4 were on Larry King live and they were talking about that very thing. Here is a shy overweight average girl who (other than her mother) is a nobody and, never taken a dance step before on the #1 show in US tossed in with celebrities on a hit show.

Great show indeed it proves you don't need lots of props and gimmicks to make it work.

The producers for DWTS really are good at what they do. Always taking risks/keeping it fresh. Sometimes get it wrong (TV Week) but always manage to bring it back, this week of course with the brilliant instant dance idea.

Kyle could be a real threat now he's got great chemsitry with his partner and has sorted out his footwork. Was very impressed with him. Brandy also with her Waltz her frame was amazing. Will be a great final with those two and Jennifer. Sadly I fear Bristol is getting huge votes for Alaska and Republicans!

Loved this weeks show! Glad Kurt and Anna left because I thought Kurt was boring.

I hope Brandy and Maks win as I've grown to like Brandy. I wish Maks would not argue with Carrie Ann Inaba because he makes a fool of himself. Carrie Ann does irritate me sometimes because I think she can be quite biased when she judges.

Jennifer is still annoying me. Every week Jen moans about something.

Kyle and Lacey surprised me with their Viennese Waltz and Jive because they improved so much this week.

I still think Bristol and Mark will win.

Loved the show - the instant dances were interesting! I loved Kyle and Lacey's jive, and Jen and Derek's waltz ...

I loved the training scenes where Steve-O came in to distract Kyle and Lacey!

I totally agreed with Carrie-Ann that Brandy and Maks shouldn't have wasted so much time getting into the dance.

I do agree with her, I just felt she went on and on about too much.

Yes, I should have added that I also thought Kyle's jive was terrific. Have grown to appreciate him very much. He works his butt off. Has improved beyond belief.

I also have huge respect for him for putting up with Little Madam Lacey who I find intensely irritating, self obsessed and stroppy as hell. She needs a decent hairdresser and a slap! What a right little so-and-so (I am trying sooo hard to be polite) she is!

For punishment she ought to be stuck with Mega Motormouth Maks as a partner. Stand back and watch those egos clash!

I voted Bristol and I know very little about American politics, being Irish and all.

Stop with the generalising, it's so rude. A lot of people like Bristol's attitude, her improvement and her relationship with Mark. She's still there, deal with it!

I must admit she irritated me at first, but has grown on me as the series has developed. She isn't the best dancer in the show, but she does try and she has improved. I would like to see Brandy, Kyle and Bristol in the final - Brandy because of her dancing; Kyle because of his enthusiasm & entertainment as well as grown into a good dancer; & Bristol because she has worked hard (and I think she has a better attitude to whining Jennifer!)

[sorry Jennifer fans, I'll duck now]

I think Bristol has surprised a lot of people. Except for that monkey suit which falls on Mark shoulders for choosing that God-awful costume she has been doing a good job when you think of where she started. On Larry King live she said she feels the average American woman relates to her because she is not a celeb and she thought that is why she has lasted so long.

I like Bristol.
I like the way she gets on with it without too much moaning.
I like her partnership with Mark.

I agree that the instant dance idea really came off a storm this week. The routines seemed edgier and fresher and, thank goodness, there was far less messing around at the start and finish which normally drives me nuts. Maybe it was the contrast with the "straight in and at it" approach of the other couples that made Carrie Ann react to Maks so strongly? Like others, I agree she had a valid point but went way OTT in making it.

I don't get all the Jennifer bashing in here. From what we've been shown, she's got a real problem with that knee; don't forget, she is 20 or even 30 years older than the other remaining contestants and such continued, extreme exercise is bound to take a harder toll on her body than the younger ones.

I can see Bristol's appeal as "Ms Average", and do appreciate her attitude, hard work and excellent footwork to date, but I think the others left are far better to watch, so from the point of view of entertainment really hope she goes next. A Brandy, Kyle, Jennifer final could be really spectacular.
